and dont starve urself...its really really bad. -
I agree with Emma.
I'm 15 and I weigh...110 pounds or more than that.
So I might look a bit overweight, but I dont wanna get skinny or slender...especially by starving. -
If you want to lose or maintain weight really badly:
1.AVOID sweets and sugar.
2.Instead of white bread, eat whole wheat bread. I'm not losing weight but I love whole wheat bread ^_^
3.Everyday, before you eat breakfast, eat a tomato.
4.Drink LOTS of water, at least 8-10 glasses per day, more during the summer months.
5.Add more spice into your food, it'll boost up your metabolism.
6.Drinking ICE COLD water will make you lose 1lb per week.

Sisi, I'm shocked. You reallly want to be a stick? You SERIOUSLY want to be a stick? It's a known fact sticks break easily, while girls are as hard as stone.
C'mon Sisi, be a girl. Be proud of who you are, not envious of all the damn sticks out there.
