the new thing is about transgender people just not existing and gender being female and male but thats weird for 3 reasons
1. That's like when different counties made it so pride month wasn't recognized as pride month in their county anymore. Like okay, I can still say it's pride month and celebrate and do what I want, you're just going to act like it isn't real but you were already doing that so you do you boo
2. The wording of the law is so convoluted that it means everyone is a female (bc when you're first created in the uterus and all that you're a female, you have to go through a bunch of complex s--- to become a guy (which is more than just changing chromosomes fyi)) so have fun with that you cis guys
3. If you're an American with your gender marker marked X on a drivers license or passport, there's a possibility that now you just don't have a drivers license or a passport now ig? (also that means trans woman could have to go to the male jails depending on the situation, and that's massively f---ed up for a number of reasons that I can't say on here lolz) -
