I was having a really great day until you told me I look like a girl, a--hole.
Ugh I hate how all my vents on here are about me being trans because there's more to me than just transness and dysphoria (and I don't want to be one of those queer people that won't shut up about it bc there's other parts of my identity that I'd like to talk about lol), but it's a lot easier to vent on here about simple stuff tbh -
But like this was the conversation:
Me: *pulls up photos of me from this May because I think that's when my hairstyle looked the best* Look at that. I want that hair again
My friend: Yeah, you actually looked like a guy.
*awkward silence bc what*
Miguire: What the f---?
My friend: Well I mean, obviously you still look like a guy... You just also look like a really butch lesbian so like... -
The worst part about it is it's not like this friend is Dex or Phoenix, who genuinely don't know how much dysphoria getting called a lesbian gives and what dysphoria even feels like and thinks that I don't care, bc I don't when it's them saying it (more or less, I hate Dex but not bc of that lol)
The kid who said it is trans. They knew what they were doing. -
Anygays I made a playlist about it but idk if I should add a bunch of girl love songs to be silly or actual vent songs lmao

I don't think I've ever understood what popular kids mean when they say they don't have real friends until now
Like, I'm debating transferring schools and it's made me think about what people in my friend group and just friends in general I'd miss once we all outgrow each other, and I don't feel like I'd miss that many people in my friend group.
There's >8 people that are in the "main" group (my friend group is like a tree, with little branches of mini friend groups popping up every once in a while) and I only feel like I'd miss 4 of them if we never talked again
Hell I feel like I'd miss Erin more than most of them and I've only talked to her twice in the past 5 months -
I don't like "my side" of the friend group that much
I hate that our friend group has different sides and sections- like my side is all the theater/choir kids, but he's in it, and he's literally such a mean and loud a--hole that it's ruining the rest of the friend group
Plus, Miguire's side of the friend group (a bunch of therians and genderfluid kids who're all really really good at art) are so much nicer and less loud and obnoxious, and people I actually see myself wanting to still talk to in a few years
Like, ik I'm one of the loud and obnoxious people, but I've really hated all the yelling/loud noises lately -
I wish the friend group was still just me Miguire and Phoenix tbh

I actually love Hal
He's graduated now and he's one of those guys that's just a giant, and before he graduated he was my self appointed bodyguard and this is the first year he hasn't been at my school and he's so worried about me and I think it's so sweet -

The kid I'm talking about is genuinely in the worst situation I've seen as of yet but like... Parents should take a parenting class before becoming parents. -
