"Daaaddd," Nick whispered. -
Same here. xD Ah, good times.
"Wouldn't dream of it. Our hearts are one now." He chuckled softly. -

Michael smiled. "Very well. I'm happy you were the one." -

"Thanks." He smiled and said shyly. -

He nodded and sighed lightly, a small smile still present.
Thank God, he's not mad..Nick thought, still keeping close to Alex. -

Oh yes, definitely. :D My parents had compared me to Chuckie. xD
Alex thought the same thing, glad to have at least the dad's approval. He wasn't sure what to expect from his mother, but figured she'd be nice too. He kept an arm around Nick. -
I hardly remember their names.. xD
There was some movement coming from Nick's mother, and at once Michael was up from sitting down. "I think she's up.." he said.
"Oh my God, I don't want to see.." Nick whimpered. -
Alex watched silently, holding Nick close again to keep him calm.

Her eyes did in fact open, and Michael smiled. "Hi, honey.."
She didn't really reply, but a tiny grin formed on her tired face.
Nick hid his face, and peeked, like the macho man he was. -
Alex smiled gently, not doing much since they hadn't been introduced yet. He rubbed Nick shoulders softly.

"Look, Nick came to see you, and his-" Michael stopped speaking for a while. ".. His boyfriend took him here."
For a split second, the grin disappeared. Nick had seen this, and he froze. Oh no.. -
Alex felt something in his heart sink, seeing the mom's reaction. What's happening?

He tried to find something to say. "Come on Nick, say hi to your mother.."
Nick look terrified. He shook his head and shrunk back into Alex's arms. -
Alex held him close, closing his eyes softly. He whispered into his ear. "Don't worry babe, I'm here. You can do this." He comforted him and tried to take away the fear.
