"Someone tell me what the hell is going on here!" Jason demanded rubbing dirt of his hands and opening up a bottle of water.
"Charlie tried too take Holli" William explained. "I had too fight him. He said if he wins he takes her and if I win he'll leave us alone!"
Jason scowled hard at Charlie. "You never learn how too let go of things do you! Especially with him"
"What?" William retorted. "What the hell do you mean with him?" -
Charlie sneered. 'You haven't told him yet?!' he cackled.
'Told me what?!' William shouted.
'You're...'
'Adopted!' Charlie cut Jason off. 'You're not our brother, our cousin, or even relative.' Charlie smirked.
William glanced at Charlie, then Jason, then back at Charlie. He didn't know what to say or believe. Holli chewed the inside of her mouth nervously.
There was silence. Charlie, satisfied, stood up and climbed out of the ditch. 'I will find a way to get her,' he said to them, then walked away. -
William walked away slowly and sat down on a log head in hands. He as adopted? What? Why had nobody told him? He didn't cry just sat there in shock and disbelief. After a while he sensed someone was watching him. He looked up. Holli. She limped until she was next too him and sat down.
"Hey" -
'Hi,' William muttered.
'You OK?' Holli asked quietly.
'I suppose,' he said.
Neither of them spoke. Holli stared off into the distance, watching the clouds move slowly.
'Holli?'
'Yeah?' -
(Of course your going to give me the cringe bit 🤣)
William stared at her for a few minutes taking in her features like he'd never seen her before. Her blonde hair and emerald shiny eyes.
"Never mind" he dismissed turning his back too her cheeks pink.
"William?" Holli said raising her eyebrow.
"Mhm?" He replied still facing a tree.
"Tell me, I mean what you were going to say!" She pleaded and William turned too face her looking serious.
"I like you Holli" he whispered.
"I like you too...?" She answered a little confused. He couldn't mean it in that way could he?
"No, I mean like like you... Sorry it's stupid you'll say no anyway"
Holli covered her mouth in shock though behind her eye she was smiling.

Neither of them spoke for a bit, until William spun around.
'Holli, I like-like you,' he said. 'I really do.' Holi stared at him in disbelief. She opened her mouth to say something, then closed it. Her cheeks felt unusually warm.
'I...' Holli said, 'I like-like you too.' There was a moment when none of them spoke. William put his hand on her cheek and gently kissed her. On the lips!
(Ngl my paragraph was cringier) -

Holli thought she would recoil from the shock of it all but instead kissed him back, one hand on his shoulder and the other hanging limply by her side. Eventually they pulled away smiling at each other.
Holli opened her mouth too say something when she felt a sack bring thrust over her head. Her scream was swallowed by the bag. She felt a struggling figure next too her. William.
(Actually my top Paragraph is cringier) -

William started shouting, 'Let her out!!' Holli felt her back hit the ground, being cushioned by the moss.
Holli pulled the sack off her head, watching William pounce on Charlie. Holli swore and tried to stand up.
It didn't work.
She watched as Charlie threw a punch at William, and William kicking him where the sun doesn't shine. Sebastian stepped past the two and scooped up Holli, throwing her on his shoulder. 'Hey!' she shouted, and started squirming. -
(Sorry, I love drama. You can change it if you want but I'm just gonna continue but tell me if you wanna change)
William glanced over at Holli, shoving Charlie too the ground shouted for Jason and ran over to Sebastian. A few minutes later his older brother, well adopted brother was next too him. Jason punched him in the face and kicked him in the stomach making him slacken his grip on Holli. Jason kicked him again and he dropped her. She screamed but luckily she landed in Williams arms. "Thanks" she said but she still couldn't walk. -

'Pigs!' Charlie shouted. He ran for Holli, who was trying to stand up (with William's help, of course) and kicked her to the ground. He moved so quickly that William couldn't stop him from scooping up Holli and running.
Sebastian punched Jason in the face and pulled out a gun. 'If either of you move...' he muttered. He didn't need to say any more. Both William and Jason stopped in their tracks, putting their hands up.
Sebastian ran away with Charlie and Holli, who was punching Charlie in the back as he carried her.
'F--k,' Jason uttered angrily, placing his arms back down. -
William put his head in his hands. "What do you think they'll do to her?" He asked struggling not too cry.
"I don't know but it's getting serious now Will. You saw it, he's got a gun. Even if we go too prison, we have too tell the authorities"
"No!" cried William. "I don't care if I go too prison but what about Holli, from what she's told me she's treated horribly at home. I, please. Let's just find a way too get her back" William pleaded.
"I don't know Will. I really don't know. If we don't get too Holli in time then what do you think they'll do too her?"
William shivered. "They wouldn't kill her would they?" He asked and this time he couldn't stop the tears running down his cheeks. -
'Well, they obviously want her for information,' Jason said thoughtfully. He sat down next to William and put his hand on his adopted brother's shoulder. 'They might threaten her, but if they need her for information, they wouldn't kill her. Not yet, anyway.'
(I got no ideas)
