Skyrim and...either Super Mario Brothers or Portal 2. I can't remember.
So...
...going around whirlwind-sprinting over the lava and killing a dragon Bowser, using an orcish war-axe and then when he's at the last killing blow, Unrelenting Force-ing him into a lava pit and absorbing his soul? HELL YES!
Or the other version...Skyrim with Portals? The amount of potential shenanigans in the game just doubled. :D -

Isaac teaming up with Koffing to save the world from zombies and bring back the forces of alchemy? Kay. -
