Just Dance 4 and Pokemon.

You're a normal trainer, but you are trying to become the Pokedance Master, along with the help of your Pokemon who can enhance your performances and inspire your dance moves. You must challenge other trainers to dance battles and catch Pokemon by doing a dance with your own Pokemon that lures the wild Pokemon to you so you can catch it. HMs and TMs are dance moves, and the Pokemart sells new songs.

I can see this happening. Actually, it's really simple. You just create a Sim designed to look like a normal person, but is an actual alien. Then that Sim has terrible s---ting problems, but the s--- is actually meat.
