Evan stopped himself from singing the song by Olivia Rodrigo, simple holding him close. “I get that, Connor- but, just like you’re here for me, I can be here for you-“

Connor exhaled softly and looked over, nodding. "Thank you," he murmured softly, a small smile on his face.

Evan smiled softly, nodding. “Of course- I mean, I would be kind of evil not to help you, y’know? It’s kinda sad seeing you sad.” -
Connor chuckled softly, curling closer to Evan. "Guess it would be kinda evil," he said quietly, glancing at the brunette.

“And hopefully I’m not too evil, y’know,” Evan said with a giggle, ruffling Connor’s hair. -
"You're definitely not," Connor said with a chuckle, leaning into Evan's touch with a smile.

Evan smiled softly, moving back to petting the cat.

Connor hummed softly, watching Penny in his lap with a small smile. He pulled out his phone again, taking a picture of the sleeping cat. "I'm about to guilt trip my mom into letting me get her, I swear to God-" He joked, chuckling softly.

“No, don’t say that-“ Evan said, giving Connor a look.

"But I want herrr," Connor whined, keeping his eyes on the cat in his lap.

“You can do it better than guilt tripping her,” Evan said, continuing to pet the cat in his own lap.

"Fine, fine- You do it then," Connor said, chuckling softly.
