“N- No, I- I didn’t say that-“
-
“Oh you stupid f—,” She spat, grabbing his wrist and dragging him down the hall. “Wait till your father hears-“
-
Clay panicked as he tried to pull away, fearful tears filling his eyes. I’m so f---ing screwed-
-
“No! Don’t try and lie and cry your way out of this-“ She said angrily, continuing to drag him down the hall
-
Clay exhaled shakily, lowering his head in shame as he followed his mother.
-
They whipped through the hall, ending up in the King’s office, where his dad sat. “Guess what our son just told me?”
-
(wait, who’s being his dad, you or me?
i totally forgot xD) -
(you lmaooo)
-
(okay my b lmfaoooo)
Clay’s father looked away from his computer, looking over at his wide and son. “What did he tell you?” He asked curiously, raising an eyebrow. Clay kept his head hung low, exhaling shakily. -
“He was arguing with me over Princess Bridget and he so happened to mention he has a boyfriend!” She spat, glaring at Clay.
-
Clay’s father sat up in his chair a little, looking over at his son with curiosity on his face. “Is this true, Clay, what your mother says?” Clay sniffled and nervously nodded, his hands trembling.
-
“Who is this boyfriend, by the way?” She said angrily. “Is it someone at the coffee shop?”
-
“No, he-“ Clay froze, an idea popping into his head. “No, yeah, i’s just uhm, some guy I-I work with,” he said quietly, nodding. He wasn’t about to tell his mother who he was really dating, in fear of getting George fired. “So you do have a boyfriend?” Clay’s father asked, looking back at his laptop. “Uhm, y-yes, I do,” he spoke hesitantly, his voice shaking. His father looked back up, nodding shortly. “Well, that’s nice to hear you’ve found someone,” his father said, giving his son a smile. “Good on you.”
-
The queens jaw dropped and she scoffed. “What- what the f---, Jared?? This behavior is not okay and it shouldn’t be tolerated-“
-
Clay froze and furrowed his brows in confusion, staring at his father. “We’re in the 21 century, Cassidy, is our son being gay really that big a deal?” Jared asked simply, looking back down at his laptop.
