Clay smiled, hugging George close and kissing his cheek. "Yeah, I'm really relieved too- I'm just, worried, since my mom didn't take it well," he said quietly, exhaling softly.

“Well- f--- her, okay? She obviously doesn’t deserve you-“ George said, resting a hand on Clay’s cheek.

Clay chuckled softly, resting his hand on George's. "Right, yeah," he said, gently moving the brunette's hand off his cheek and kissing his palm. "I'm still worried, though- She kept asking who my boyfriend was and stuff-"

“Oh, gosh, what did you tell her?” Shelter asked, tilting his head.

"I told her I was dating some guy at work- I was not about to get you fired, I'm not a total idiot," Clay said, chuckling softly. "I did tell Dad we were dating, though, I hope that was okay-"

George frowned a little. “Wait- you told your dad?? He- wait- I’m not getting fired, am I?”

"No, no, of course not-" Clay said quickly, shaking his head. "He's okay with us dating, I promise~"

“Oh, okay, thank God,” George said with a relieved sigh. “Scared me for a second there-“

Clay chuckled softly, hugging George close. "Honestly, I'm kind of glad I told them- Maybe now I won't have to get married to some random girl," he said, exhaling softly as he rested his head on the brunette's shoulder.

“That’s real,” George said with a smile, chuckling. “But I’m so happy for you-“

"Thanks," Clay said with a smile, wrapping his arms around George's waist.

“I love you~” George said with a smile, standing on his toes to press a kiss on Clay’s cheek.

"I love you, too~" Clay said with a smile, leaning down a little and holding George close.

George smiled brightly, giggling quietly. “So- are we still being sneaky because of your mom?”

"Uh, maybe? Just to be on the safe side?" Clay replied, nodding a little.
