Casimir smiled, gently stroking their hair. ‘I love you too, baby.’

Georgie sniffled, rubbing his teary eyes. “I-I still feel bad for not trusting you…”

‘Why?’ Casimir asked softly.

“I dunno, I mean- I’m your partner, I-I should trust you more with- with stuff like this…”

‘And why do you think that?’ Casimir asked quietly, rubbing their back.

“I dunno,” Georgie murmured, exhaling shakily. “I- I’m just so naive sometimes, a-and I promised myself I wouldn’t- That I wouldn’t be so n-naive, and- and trusting, but I- I just can’t tell what’s real or not anymore…”

Casimir nodded, exhaling softly. ‘I get it. You’re not naive, my love. You were right to be mad at me.’

Georgie lifted his head, exhaling softly. “I’m trying hard not to think like that, but I still can’t help but feel like I messed up…”

Casimir sighed softly, kissing his forehead. ‘Well, I forgive you, okay? I forgave you the moment it happened?’

Georgie smiled a little, nodding. “Okay,” he whispered softly, curling closer to Casimir. “I love you so much, Cassie.”

‘I love you too, Georgie. So much,’ Casimir said softly.

Georgie blushed and smiled, curling closer to Casimir.

Casimir smiled. He shifted position slightly, gently pushing Georgie off his lap, then stood up and picked them up bridal style. 'Where to, my love~?'

Georgie giggled and clung to Casimir, a lovesick grin on his face. “Anywhere is fine, darling~”
