Casimir looked up. He looked back down again, closing his journal. ‘Hey.’

“Cas, I- I’m such an idiot,” Georgie murmured, exhaling shakily as she walked over. She dropped down to her knees, tears welling up in her eyes. “I- I should’ve trusted you from t-the beginning, I- I’m such a fool to t-trust Indigo and Rose…”

Casimir sat up and shuffled towards them, gently cupping their face. ‘What happened?’

“They- They told m-me about what- what happened, about how Indigo k-kissed you-“ Georgie let out a sob, exhaling shakily and leaning into Casimir’s touch. “I’m such an idiot…”

‘Hey, no, you’re not an idiot,’ Casimir said softly, pressing a kiss to their forehead. ‘I’ve got you, okay?’

Georgie exhaled shakily, nodding. “I- I’m so sorry I got mad at you, I- I never meant to y-yell at you,” he murmured, letting out a choked sob. “I-I know you would n-never cheat on me, I-I’m so sorry-“

‘Don’t be sorry. You did nothing wrong. Heck, I would’ve done the same if it looked like my boyfriend, especially more than once. What matters is that I didn’t, and you know that,’ Casimir said softly. He wrapped his arms around Georgie and pulled them close, leaning against the tree. ‘I love you so, so much.’

“I-I love you, too, Cassie,” Georgie murmured as they crawled onto his lap, hugging onto his boyfriend. He let out a quiet sob, burying his face in his chest.

Casimir gave a small smile, holding them close. He was just glad to have them back in his arms. ‘Hey, why are you crying?’ he asked softly, raking his fingers through their hair. ‘This should be a happy moment.’

“I-I’m sorry, I just- I still feel s-so bad,” Georgie murmured softly, clinging to Casimir. “I- I never wanted to y-yell at you, I- I swore I never would…”

‘Well, I forgive you,’ Casimir said softly, gently rubbing their back. ‘I would’ve done the same. I get it.’

Georgie exhaled shakily, curling closer to Casimir. “I-I love you so much, I don’t deserve you-“

‘You’re right, you deserve way better,’ Casimir said softly, pulling Georgie closer. ‘You deserve the world, my love. I love you too.’

Georgie blushed and smiled, curling closer to Casimir. “You’re literally too good to me, hun-“

‘I’m not,’ Casimir said, kissing the top of their head. ‘You deserve so much better.’
