"No." Harley said defensively, though what she was defending she wasn't sure.

‘What special hiding place?’ Billie asked curiously. He looked for another worm.

Onyx nodded tiredly and rolled onto their side again, curling up into a ball and covering their head with their arms.

"well, when Marta gets real mad and she turns all red, I found the perfect place to go so you won't get locked in the cellar. There's a spot inside one of the walls in the orphanage that not even Marta knows about." Bee said. In truth, she didn't find it on her own, but yessica wasn't there to take credit for the secret hiding place

Harley frowned, turning to her side as well. She hated that stupid kid.

Billie nodded, scratching at a graze on his leg. ‘Okay.’ He picked up another worm and gave it to Bee. ‘Does she throw you in the cellar a lot?’

Onyx exhaled quietly, curling tighter into a ball as they tried to force themselves to go to sleep.

"only when she can catch me. I'm really fast. I'm like the second coming of the flash." Bee said. Bee did in fact believe she was faster than light.

Harley eventually huffed and stood up, walking out of the room. -
‘The flash? What’s that?’ Billie asked, looking up at her.

Thank god, some alone time- Onyx thought, sighing softly.

"oh, he's a guy, but he's really fast." Bee said

Harley wandered around outside, seeing Billie and Bee. At least they don't seem TOO annoying... She walked over to them.

‘Are you faster than him?’ Billie asked, looking in the dirt for another worm or some kind of bug.

Onyx curled up into a ball, soon falling asleep in their bed.
