Selene frowned. ‘Mahina, you can read runes.’

Selene sighed. ‘We’ll just see.’
Mahina looked at that page. ‘What does it say?’
Selene frowned. ‘Mahina, you can read runes.’

Ernie's eyes widened. "Yeah, you can." He said quietly.

Mahina looked back down at the book. ‘Oh.’

Selene sighed. "It... It's fine."

Mahina hid back in Ernest’s shirt.

Ernie frowned, noticing her reaction whenever he or Selene said anything was fine. "Why don't you like it when we say it's fine?" He asked quietly.

Mahina whimpered.

Ernest sighed. "Alright." He said softly.
