"Because maybe if I did, you'd stop being such a childish clingy little bunny." Astrid answered, but it didn't feel right.

Chester rubbed his arm, looking down. ‘Sorry about, er, attacking you. Multiple times,’ he said, glancing back at Astrid. ‘Even though you kind of deserved it.’

Astrid sighed. "It's fine." He muttered.
(Ik it hasn't been that long, but it's getting late and it's been a long-ass day, so I'm gonna leave, bye!) -
(Fair enough lol, gn!)
Chester was silent for a moment. ‘I’m not childish clingy bunny,’ he said quietly. -
Astrid raised an eyebrow. "You sure about that?" It still seemed off, like he was hiding the real answer from him.

Chester noticed this. He sighed. ‘Astrid?’

"Mhm?"

‘I don’t think you actually think that,’ Chester said quietly, morphing into a half-bunny. -
Astrid narrowed his eyes. "Whatever, Cottontail."

Chester rolled his eyes and walked towards the door. ‘See you.’

"Close the door on your way out."

‘Wow, so kind,’ Chester mumbled, shutting he door behind him. He walked back to his room and poked his head inside.

Astrid rolled his eyes at that.
Jayden perked up once he saw Chester poke his head in. "Hey!" -
‘Hi,’ Chester said, a smile spreading on his face as he sat back next to Jayden. ‘Your brother’s an ass.’
