"Well I don't." Jayd kissed the top of his head.

Chester leaned into his touch. ‘Love you,’ he mumbled.

"Love you too." Jayden cupped Chester's chin in his hand gently.

Chester smiled, letting him.

Jayd smiled back. "What do you want to do?"

‘Kiss you. I’ve been waiting all lunch.’

Jayd blushed, smiling. "Alrighty then." He leaned into Chester.

Chester smiled and wrapped his arms around his waist, pulling him close and kissing him.

Jayden closed his eyes, kissing him back.

Chester ran his fingers through Jayden’s hair, eyes closed.

Jayd let him, leaning closer into him.

Chester eventually broke the kiss, and looked at Jayden with a lovestruck gaze. He smiled and kissed his nose.

Jayden blushed, smiling. "Love you."

‘Love you more, darling,’ Chester said quietly, turning into a half-phoenix, then a half-dog. ‘That was close.’

Jayd nodded. "Yeah, it was." He murmured. "Besides, I love you much more anyways."
