Jayden tried to think of what could do such a thing. Poison maybe, but who would poison a garden? Seemed odd, even to Jayd.

"Maeve hates Beatrice. I wonder why."

Jayden flipped the page to read more.

The next entry went like this:
"Maeve played a terrible prank on Beatrice today." -
Jayd smiled to himself. He knew it was bad to feel good about Maeve pranking this girl he didn't even know, but he did.

"She put peroxide in Beatrice's tea! I've no idea where she got peroxide from, but luckily Beatrice didn't end up drinking it."

Jayden's eyes widened as he read. That girl was going to kill someone, he was sure of it.

"That girl is going to seriously hurt someone one day. She doesn't listen to me. She only ever really listened to her mother, and since she left Maeve has been all over the place. I'm worried about her."

Jayd silently agreed as he read more.

"Anywho, Beatrice didn't seem to mad about it, thankfully. I hate to imagine what could've happened if Patton hadn't seen Maeve skulking around the kitchen."

Jayden wondered why Maeve would even do such a thing unless she was 100% positive Beatrice was horrible.

"I just hope she doesn't get into trouble one day."

Oh she will. Jayden thought to himself as he read.

Jayd closed the book, waning to do something else. He stood up and walked out of his room.
