"No problem." Jayd ate his food. "Do you still want to set off the fireworks today, or should we reschedule that?"

Chester laughed softly. ‘Maybe we should reschedule that. I’m tired,’ he said, leaning his head on Jayden’s shoulder.

"Of course." Jayden smiled.
"You guys got fireworks?" Maeve asked, trying to hide her excitement. -
‘Yeah. Jayden’s resorting back to his psychotic ways.’

"Good." Maeve nodded in approval. Jayden laughed.

Chester rolled his eyes, laughing.

Jayden chuckled. He finished his food. "Do you want to go in my room and get ready for bed now?"

Chester nodded. ‘Yes please,’ he said, rubbing his eyes and sitting up straight.

Jayd stood up, offering him his hand. "Night guys."

Chester stood up with him. Oliver gave a weak smile. ‘G’night.’

Jayden smiled back before walking out.

Chester followed him, smiling.

Jayd smiled back, leaning into him.

Chester let him.

Jayden opened the door to his room, letting Chester go first.
