Chester watched him. He looked away after a moment not responding.
(i'm listening to The World Was Wide Enough and I am CRYING-) -
The silence said too much for Jayden. He shifted his weight from one foot to the other constantly to relax himself.
(Stopp xD Now you just need to listen to Requiem nonstop and cry even more) -
(that song escalates so quickly tho oml T^T)
Chester looked down at the floor. He walked out of the door, refusing to look at Jayden. -
(Ikr xD)
Jayden didn't follow after for a moment. He curled into a ball, sighing. Chester hated him. He was sure of it. He had every right to be pissed. -
Chester noticed Jayden wasn't following, but he didn't walk back to his room. He loved Jayden, but he needed time alone to think for a bit. He bumped into Astrid in the hallway.
'I heard everything.'
(I need a happy song to cheer me up T^T) -
(The Joke by Ben Platt. It's not so much happy as it is comforting, but still)
Jayd's knees were pressed to his chest as he thought about everything. The worst part was that he understood Cleverly's argument. If push came to shove and he had to either go to war with Chester, or let Caden or Astrid take over... He didn't know what was worse, honestly. -
(lmfao ty)
Chester looked up at Astrid, wincing. 'So you were eavesdropping?'
Astrid rolled his eyes. 'No. My room is across the hallway from Jayden's. I'm pretty sure the whole castle heard your yelling.'
Chester sighed, fiddling with his hands. 'Sorry,' he muttered. He reached for his pocket watch and fiddled with the chain. -
(Ur welcome)
"It's fine." Astrid muttered. "But watch your back in case Caden heard you yelling."
(gonna go to bed, night!) -
's---,' Chester said under his breath, looking around for Caden. 'Thanks. Can you.. go talk to Jayden for me, please? I just... yeah,' he mumbled the last part, looking down and beginning to walk away.
(gn!) -
Astrud raised an eyebrow. "What would I even say?" He asked, with a slight edge to it.
-
‘Just something to make him feel better,’ Chester mumbled, glancing back at him. ‘Actually, that’s probably not the best idea. Ugh, just forget it.
-
Astrid rolled his eyes, walking off for dinner.
-
Chester sunk to the ground against the wall, sighing quietly. He rubbed his face with his hands, hoping Jayden wasn’t too upset.
-
Jayden eventually picked himself up and walked to the dining room before running into Chester. "Hey." He said quietly, kneeling down next to his boyfriend.
-
‘Hey,’ Chester mumbled, looking up at Jayden. ‘Are you okay?’
