Nik laughed. “A tiny little dog? I don’t know what I was expecting.” They both finally got to the park.

Natsuki laughed too and put her phone back in her pocket, noticing they'd got to the park.

Nik walked to the field, where a couple goal posts were already set up, probably for the soccer tournament later in the afternoon.

Natsuki followed him and set the ball on the ground, now dribbling it.

“Start when you’re ready.” Nik said relaxed, even though he was barely any good at soccer.

Natsuki glanced at the goal behind her, and the one behind Nik. After a second she ran forward, dribbling the ball between her left and right foot.

Nik ran after Natsuki, trying to block her from scoring.

Natsuki continued running and when Nik blocked her, she kicked the ball between his legs and continued dribbling.

“You gotta be kidding me!” Nikolai exclaimed, chasing after Nat again.

Natsuki laughed and after a few more steps she kicked the ball, and it bounced off the pole.

“HaHA!” Nik said, kicking the ball and running to his goal.

Natsuki rolled her eyes and chased after him, running after him and attempting to tackle the ball off him.

Nikolai tried shifting directions to trip up Nat, but ended up fumbling and tripped.

Natsuki retrieved the ball and put her foot over it to stop it rolling, and stood over Nik, tilting her head at him.

“Dang it.” He muttered, standing back up.
