Blaze huffed, by smiled slightly. "thanks." he says.

He bakes. How cute, she thought. But wait, why did she think that? And with all her thoughts the night before filled with him and how her face got hot with certain interactions...did she have a crush?
She quickly put the thought away, determined not to think about that at least while the person in question is here.
"Are you sure you don't want anything?" she asked as she dug some crackers out from the cupboard. -
"i'm sure." Blaze says. "so, besides drawing and cooking, is there anything else you like to do?" he questions

"And singing," Claire reminded him. She thought for a moment before saying, "I like to research random things that pique my interest."

"and singing, of course." Blaze says, laughing. he thinks for a second. "you know, maybe, instead of an angel, you're a Muse from the greek gods." he says teasingly.

"I like angel better," Claire said honestly. That was what he had called her so far, she was much fonder of it than "muse." Besides, muse had something of a negative connotation that she didn't like.

"alright then, angel." he says, grinning at her while leaning against the wall.

Claire felt her heart flutter at the nickname. Ok, she definitely had feelings. She found the crackers then dug into her soup. He wouldn't, though. He had made it very clear to those guys yesterday that the two of them were just friends.
"What about you?" she asked. "What do you like besides guitar and baking?" -
(i thought i was in the lounge lmao)
"not much." Blaze shrugs. "i guess hiking, i like the wilderness." -
"Oh I love hiking!" Claire said. "I haven't been camping in forever."

"you know that trail not far from here? that's where i go hiking." He says.

"I go there all the time," she said. "But I go off the main trail. Game trails are so much more fun."

"they are, but for some reason when i'm alone hiking i don't want to go on them..." Blaze says.
