A little while later Claire woke up from her nap. She half-heartedly stretched, then turned over, rubbing the sleep out of her eyes.
"You're still here?" she asked in surprise. -
"of course. i didn't want to leave you. anyways, i'd probably be in trouble if i went back to school or home." he says.

"That makes sense," Claire chuckled. She realized she wasn't on the couch anymore, but in her room on her bed. She realized Blaze must have moved her.
"Do you want to watch a movie?" she asked. -
"sure, what kind of movie do you have in mind?" Blaze asks.

"I don't know," Claire shrugged. "Let's just see what pops out at us."
So they went downstairs into the living room, picked out a movie, then went on the couch together. -
Blaze tried not to sit too close to Claire, still a little conflicted over what she had said while sleeping.

"That's right, don't get my germs on you," Claire said, thinking he was sitting away from her because she was still sick.

Blaze nodded. "yea. germs." he said

Claire looked at the clock. "When the movie's done school will just about be over. I don't know when you want to leave. My mom will be here around five, though."

"i'll be gone by then." Blaze says, looking at the clock as well.

"Ok," Claire nodded, then they both turned their attention towards the movie in silence.
The silence...it was awkward, unnatural. Claire didn't know why it was so awkward. She tried to think back on what could of happened. What could she have done to make the silence so uncomfortable? Was there something she could have done that she didn't do?
Then she remembered she had fallen asleep on Blaze. Was that it? Had she overstepped his boundaries? -
"you were talking in your sleep." Blaze says, trying to break the silence.

Claire's eyes widened almost unnoticeably and a light blush came on her face. Her dream was not one she wanted to talk about to Blaze just yet. Maybe she had another dream too that she didn't remember. Maybe that was the one he heard. She hoped. She swallowed before asking, "What did I say?"

"you kept saying i was weirding you out or something." Blaze replied hesitantly.

Claire looked at him in confusion. "You don't weird me out," she said. Then she remembered the segment of her dream he was talking about. But she kept the confusion on her face. He couldn't know her feelings. To him they were simply just friends.
