She smiles anxiously between Sehei and Cecilia, still sensing hostility between them, but happy nonetheless that the other woman seemed on board with the game.

If there's an awkwardness lingering in the air here, he either doesn't notice it or refuses to acknowledge it.
"Next question. What do you all do for a living? Aside from Ember, who has already mentioned that she's a Superhero." -
"Ryuu and I are singers." he says, with barely a second in between the last syllable of Ryuu's question and the first of his answer.

"Oh! That's so exciting! I always thought it would be fun to perform in a way that was less.. you know, dangerous." She responds, happy to meet someone else with such a demanding job. "Would you maybe sing for us now?"

"Oh, please no." she groans, crossing her arms for a split second before narrowly avoiding tripping over a big root and changing her mind about that particular gesture. She sighs almost inaudibly. Knowing that everyone else had a real, fulfilling job made her self-conscious, but she wouldn't be shamed into lying. "I'm a cashier at a grocery store."

"We don't sing on demand anyway. We're not trained seals." he mutters darkly.

"Yeah! You gotta pay or something if you want us to sing for you!"

"O-oh. Uh. Sorry. I didn't mean to overstep."

She rolls her eyes. These two are dickheads.

"It's fine. Let's do the next question. Any significant others?"

She feels a little sad at this question. Romance had never been an option for her as a hero, for a number of reasons. She wanted to unload about it, but chose to stick to the simple response.
"No, none." -
Her mouth is set in a hard line as she contemplates whether or not to answer this one. Why does it feel like all of these questions are too personal, like this is some kind of cool kid contest?
"Me neither." she responds, sighing exasperatedly. -
"Hey, singles club! Well, mostly single. I have a lot of admirers, but there's just way too much of me to give all I've got to one person, you know?" he chatters, seemingly unaware of how sleazy he sounds.
