"Ethan," Joan scolded. -
Crystal’s expression softened.
“Even if it was a good idea, I'm glad you're my teacher. Thanks, Ethan." -

Ethan said nothing, but his mother had a devious look in her eyes.

Crystal kept her mouth shut and ate her spaghetti.

"When do you need to go back home?" Joan asked Crystal.

"Probably right after we finish eating dinner."

"Ethan, can you drive her home?" Joan asked.
"Okay," he said, even though it was obvious he didn't want to. -
“Thanks.” Crystal said.

As soon as they were finished with their meal, Ethan stood up. "Let's go," he said.

Crystal nodded and thanked Joan for the dinner. She gave Georgie a high five for helping her plot evil things and then left with Ethan.
"Do you know where I live?” She asked. -
"No, I don't," Ethan said. "That's why I was planning on asking you for your address."

Ethan logged the address into google and started driving there.
