Jewel bit her lip. "Isn't there some way he could stay alive?" she asked.

Adrian shook his head. "I'm sorry, Jewel."

"You have to be kidding, there isn't at least one way?" she said, her face falling.

The entire room was solemn in silence.

Jewels heart filled with despair. "There has to be, right?" she asked.

Kendril shook his head, "There is no way."

"That's a lie! There is a way!" she yelled.

"No, Jewel, there isn't," Henry said sorrowfully.

"Lie, lie lie! It's all a lie!" she screamed.

Adrian wrapped his arms around her tightly, holding her in a tight, firm, but soft embrace. "I know what it's like to lose someone you can't imagine living life without," he said. "If there had been a way to bring Claire back I would have done it in a heartbeat."

Jewel just stood there in complete shock. She then got mad at Adrian. "And you! You lied! Lucifer showed me an image of you watching me when I was a kid!" she yelled, breaking away from him.

Adrian stared at her. His mouth was open an inch and his eyes were filled with pain and regret. "Jewel..." he whispered.

She crossed her arms. "Please explain to me why that happened?" she said.
(Imagine if Jewel attacked them-) -
(I think she's too shocked)
"You would have probably called me a crazy stalker or something," Adrian said, "and then you wouldn't be able to accept the truth as well from a madman. I was going to tell you but I didn't know how you'd react and I didn't want to jeopardize our relationship." -
(Same here)
"I still called you a stalker when we met." she pointed out.
