(They always are listening, they have tons of people watching everyone)
(Stronghold is actually a good word because the first definition is basically a fortress, and the second definition is basically a place where a cause or belief is strongly upheld.)
Kenna nodded and looked at Ander. He had a sort of grace that she admired. He had strength underneath his air of calm and aloofness. She looked away from him. "Well, then I guess we'll have to wait and see," she said. -

(That's what I was thinking. Bastion in English is literally the same definition as stronghold, so we must have taken that word from Romanian. So I don't think that would be a good one.
Fort, I don't know, I don't really like it as well.
Linnus I think is the best one. )
