"I.. uhh.. I haven't experienced any strange side affects," Adonis said, then under her breath, "Other than the stairs, of course."
She still wasn't sure who she could confide in about that. Adonis had only told Danny in a moment of confusion and panic. She walked over to Akumu to help him up. "Are you okay? Oh man.. how are you even still alive? What's happening?" Adonis asked, though she knew they were rhetorical questions that none of her friends could answer.
She'd been a little out of it since she'd learn that it'd been two months since graduation. Two months of her carefully planned and orchestrated life, snipped away. Adonis really just wanted to go home and curl into a ball and cry. -
Danny made it to his house and unlocked the door with one of the spare keys his family had. He looked around and called for everyone, but no one was there. Danny ran out of ran out of the house and fell in tears in the drive way. The only thing he could fester up with these emotions was a punch. He slammed his fist in the driveway. But... it didn't really hurt. Not as bad as it should have. He looked and say a giant crack in the driveway. Danny didn't understand. What the hell happened? Danny eventually calmed down and ran back to his friends. "We need to find a place to stay. Maybe we could stay at my apartment. Just to take a day to take this all in. There's a lot going on here we don't understand. What do you guys think?"

Alice said "Sounds good to me. I think Akumu really needs a place to sit." She then started hearing something. It sounded like voices, coming from somewhere. They were talking about the quality of the buildings they were sitting on and discussing the confusion of how no one was around giving bread to them. Weirder still, it sounded like it was coming from two pigeons on the ground. Alice thought it was just phantom voices and didn't think much of it.

Akumu nodded in agreement as he tried to get up off the ground, starting to feel a little frustrated with this whole mess. Yume giggled softly when he noticed his brothers frustration before he tried to help him up as weel

"That sounds like a great idea," Adonis said with a nod. "Hmm.. maybe we should check out the wreckage at the lab first?" She asked hesitantly. She wondered what had happened to her motorcycle, to her father. Adonis had tried calling earlier, but there was simply no answer.
"I also have an apartment," She remembered alloud. "Granted, it's been sitting there for two months with all my boxes and probably collecting dust," Adonis said with a nervous chuckle. "It's your call where we go first, Danny," she stated with a shrug. -
"Good thinking. You're right. We should look at the lab first. Maybe we can get some kind of answer there, and look for your dad of course. Then we can go to the apartment. Or apartments if you'd be more comfortable at your place. " Danny said, nodding in agreement.
"But maybe first I can run back into the hospital. we don't really have either of our keys to our places, do we? Plus, my car keys are in there. My car.....is probably gone now." Danny said, sighing as he had completely forgotten that his car pretty much died before they got to the lab.
"How should we get there? I mean, I could run us there, but I don't know the full extent of my powers. Should we call a cab? Get on a bus?" -
Alice said "Well my dad's truck is back at the hospital. If he gives me the keys again, I'm sure we could just take it." She started hearing the voices again, this time it seemed to sound like someone wondering where something to eat is and it sounded like it cam from a cat in the alley.

Akumu managed to pull himself so he was upright, but he was mostly drapped across his twins shoulders and side. Yume made a face at his brother before looking back at the others "the truck would probably work best, i dont think any of us have tge money for a cab or thebus at the moment

"It's settled then, we go back to the hospital for our keys. I kinda feel bad for running out of there, kicking that one guy, I suppose that they only wanted to help.." Adonis said. Today had been so strange and weird with unexplainable occurences and crazy happenings. Danny and the twins seemed to have some kind of powers. Alice and her were normal.. as far as she could see. Maybe it was because they were in a different part of the explosion. It made no sense though, which was the worst part for Adonis because her life was all about sense.

Danny nodded and ran back in to get the keys. He also ran back to the desk to see if he could sign out his friends and himself somehow, but they had already been signed out.
When he asked about it, the nurse there said that some agents flashed them a badge and said that they were taking Danny and his friends with them. Danny quickly asked what the badge looked like, just out of sheer curiosity, and the nurse described it as a gold hexagon, with NEST engraved in the middle of it. Danny nodded and acted like he knew what the nurse was talking about. He walked back out, and tossed Adonis her keys.
"Guys, I'm all for looking back at the lab, but we better cover our asses. Something not right is goin on here. I'll explain on our way to the lab."
Cold. That's all he felt, Cold. Then, he felt fine. Robert Frost awoke in an ice box, right outside of the convenience store he tried to rob. He struggled to remember how he got in there, but then it finally came back to him. A while ago, what seemed like yesterday to Frost, he had ran out of this store with the bag of money. He heard rumbling coming from Blossom Genetics. He immediately knew that would only spell trouble. He dove into an ice box just as the FIRST explosion happened. The door to the ice box didn't close, then he felt this wave of energy hit him. The door finally closed, and nearly melted shut as the second explosion went off. That's all he had remembered up until this point. Frost then found himself struggling to move, then realized that his body had become one with the ice that was in there. His first immediate thought was to call for help. What good that would do...An extremely wanted criminal found hiding and asking for help. He eventually was able to kind of move in the giant ice pile. and after time, formed limbs and a body out of ice. After looking like a human ice sculpture, he soon changed back to normal. He didn't understand, and was frightened, but also slightly intrigued. He struggled out of the ice box, as the door had been melted on, so after many failed attempts, he got an idea. He made a fist, and concentrated really hard, and his fist became solid ice. He struck the door until he saw sunlight, and returned his hand back to its normal, fleshy state. He stood outside the box staring at his hand, with a wicked smile forming on his face. -
(Hey, Mini, I was thinking something. Would it be okay if I made us a second villain? I only ask because I have a really good idea for one. They won't show up as frequent as Jack, they'll just be the secondary villain.)
Alice got her keys. Somehow her truck, not her dad's was at the hospital, driven by her mom. More than likely it was a present from her parents once she woke up. She got in and beckoned Akumu and Yume to get in. She was still hearing the voices, but by now she was ignoring them. -

Villain Name: Siren
Weakness: The pitch in Angel's hypnotic voice can only affect those within a 10 foot radius of her unless amplified by speakers, radio or TV. The pitch can also be stopped by the use of headphones, earmuffs and earplugs. Her Sonic Screech negates her hypnotic powers, hurts her allies and renders her unable to sing for a long time due to the screech damaging her throat.) -
Yume helped his brother get into the truck, paling slightly when Akumus head breafly vanished into the goop, but the darker twin appeared to have figured our howto control it, as he was now retaining a relatively humanoid shape

Adonis thanks Danny for the keys and goes into the parking lot to find her motorcycle. It had some scratches and dents, but it was luckily still intact. Fortunately, it hadn't been close enough to the explosion to suffer from heat damage. The worst that could've happen was that the force of the explosion knocked it over and made it flip and roll for a couple of feet. She hopped on and revved it up, heading towards the lab.
