Alice looked at Danny, wondering what he was expecting. Even Adonis couldn't be that prepared. She suggested "Why do you need a whiteboard for that? Just get a pencil and some paper, it works just as fine."

Yume followed the others inside and sat down on the couch, looking a little uncomfortable with his brother being wrapped around his shoulders but he was awkwardly patting him

"I don't have a whiteboard," Adonis says as she opens one of her boxes. "Pretty sure there's some poster board in here though," She says, nodding at Alice. It was a kind of in between. She reached into the bottom of the box to pull a pack of markers and the poster board.

Danny took the poster board and quickly wrote a timeline of the events from the time the explosion went off, to when the majority of the city was evacuated, to the current time, when the group of friends woke up. He also added towards the bottom their findings, The blueprint from the device, the vile that read 466R35510N, and the file labeled Genetic Experiment #82.
"Ok. Here's everything we know so far," Danny said pointing to the beginning of the timeline. "May 22nd. Graduation Day. The day that whatever happened, happened." Danny moved a little further down the timeline
"Fast forward, let's say close to a month or so later, maybe more maybe less. People get evacuated for their own safety, or so they tell us." Danny pointed to the middle of the timeline, which is where he had finished it for the time being. "Here's where we woke up, earlier today. Two months after the accident. We wake up with abilities, abilities similar to that of a good chunk of the evacuated people had."

"These bullet points are our findings. I think we should read into what "Genetic Experiment #82" is. See if it has anything to do with what happened, or if it was just something they were working on. I wrote everything down to help me make sense of things. I don't know about you guys, but this is still a lot to take in. I figured that this would help things stay organized. And, if we find anything else out, or if anything else major, or I don't know, dramatic happens, we could add it to the timeline." -
Alice said "We might also want to look for information about those guys that wanted to talk to us at the hospital." Alice didn't want to say she forgot what they were called.

Yume just kind of watched everyone, not noticing that he had started glowing again "we should probably also take the time to figure out how to control our powers, and find out what all we can do

"Yeah, the NEST guys," Adonis replied to Alice. "And yeah, we should definitely do that," Adonis agreed, pointing at the glowing Yume. "So far, I think Alice's abilities have to do with nature and animals, Yume is a human flashlight, Akumu is a glob of darkness, Danny is a mini Superman and Flash, I'm portal girl," Adonis said, counting off on her fingers.

Danny added NEST to the poster board. "I didn't add 'figuring out powers' because I feel that's a given. A priority that we would do anyway. But I'm glad it got pointed out. Now with everything we have so far, what should the main priority be?" Danny asked.
About 3 blocks away, icy barriers blocked the roads leading to city's bank. Frost changed into his icy form, and began wreaking havoc in the bank. Taunting the patrons inside, and murdering a few. He of course stole bags of money, and threatened that if the police attempted to cross his barriers, he would start killing more people. -
Alice said "I think we should find out what is Genetic Experiment #82. What's that noise?" She seemed to hear some sirens and an alarm going off.

Yume nodded in agreement before he blinked and tilted his head, listening for the sound she was hearing. "...is that sirens?" he asked hesitantly as Akumu woke up and slid off his shoulders

"Should I check it out and come back?" Adonis offers, referring to her weird portal teleportation powers. She wasn't completely sure how it worked yet, but she guessed that she just needed to focus on a destination and everything after that would work itself out.

"Yes, but as long as you come right back. Or you know, try to at least. After, what better way is there to test our powers out?" Danny said. "I mean I already technically broke the law by stealing these clothes for us, which I still haven't changed out of." Danny said in slight annoyance. The last thing he wanted was to be seen in public using his powers, wearing a "PROUD MOTHER" sweater...

Alice said to Danny "Why would you want to do that? It looks great on you." She tried not to laugh because he did look a little ridiculous.

Yume giggled softly at danny while Akumu managed to get back to his human form. "Dont worry Danny, im sure there are worse things you could be seen wearing" Akumu said

"Haha I'll see if I can grab you a different shirt while I'm gone," Adonis says, chuckling as she holds up a hand and tries to open a portal. It took a few seconds of awkward silence before something finally clicked and it appeared, all swirly and looming. She stepped through, and was surprised to find herself in front of the bank. Well, not surprised, per say, she knew that the bank was in this direction.. but surrounding the bank was a barrier of what looked like.. ice?! Police were also all around her, some jumped in alarm back when she suddenly appeared.
"Woah," she said, backing into the portal and teleporting back into the apartment with her friend group. "Looks like someone with powers like us decided to rob a bank," Adonis explains quickly.
