violetstar stretched and looked around. today was the gathering. -
Fogtail sat in the medicine den, waiting.

brightfire Newbievioletstar directed a few cats (random names; mossfur, mistyheart, ect. and trotted down. she organized everything else before trotting into the den and, without asking, sorting herbs to help fogtail.

Fogtail stiffened, "What're you doing, Violetstar?! That isn't your place!"

brightfire Newbie"i'm helping a friend." she replied quietly before stopping. "there!" frostpaw came up behind her. "thank you! i was gonig to do that, but thank you anyways!" he meowed before trotting off to add another poultice to adder ear's snake bite.

Fogtail sighed and shook her head, "You're learning fast... at this rate you'll have me in the elders den in few moons!" She joked.

brightfire Newbiefrostpaw looked horrified and shook his head. "n-no! i-i'll slow down! please don't leave!" he begged. violetstar snickered a bit, thinking it was cute.

Fogtail chuckled and brushed her head against his fur, "I'm only joking, you nave tom."

brightfire Newbiefrostpaw let the situation sink into him and huffed, turning to help the other cats in the den. violetstar couldn't supress a loud purr.

Fogtail heard the purr and stiffened. "You're still here..."

Fogtail sighed and sat, a bit melancholy. "I miss you..." She mewed ever so softly.

brightfire Newbievioletstar was just personally stressed about being both the leader and a queen, otherwise she would've talked to fogtail more. though she would've let her alone the same, anyways, as to not irritate her. she sighed and watched as the sun sunk in the sky before gathering the cats chosen and trotting in that direction.

Fogtail sat lonely in her nest, sighing. "You are dismissed, Frostpaw. Get some rest."

frostpaw mewed. "let's go, fogtail!" he dragged her out of her nest and skipped behind the gathering patrol.
