Fogtail frowned slightly. "Why don't you help me gather some spider silk?"

Pearbug Newbie"Okay." She grumbled once more before getting up and stretching. She followed fogtail out of the den and, just before they left, arranged a quick huntingmpatrol, as it was almost leaf bare.

Fogtail trotted out. She didn't like seeing Violet so depressed.

Pearbug NewbieVioletdawn leapt into the branches and came down with her mouth full of cobwebs. "Mhphmph." She meowed and she let out a smile, the scar extending from her ear to her jaw scrunching up.

Fogtail smiled and took the silks with a purr. "You're a life saver!"

Pearbug NewbieVioletdawn nodded and helped with more nidbits.

Fogtail purred and nuzzles into her in gratitude.

snowstorm Novicevioletdawn stifled a purr and went along, until she saw a patch of juniper bushes clustered on an island in the river and ripe with berries. (its a big river.) "i'll get that!" before waiting for a response she had swum over and was now plucking the berries and swimming back with them for multiple trips.

Fogtail stiffened and stood at the edge, "Be careful!"

snowstorm Novicevioletdawn finished without any mishap and clambered onto the bank, fetching some large waxy leaves and putting the precious berries into them, carrying them in her jaw.

Fogtail sighed in relief and gathered the other materials.

snowstorm Novice"hurry up!" violetdawns impatient mew rung around the forest.

Fogtail shook her head, "Always so impatient, Violetdawn."

snowstorm Novicevioletdawn perked her ears towards a painful cry and ran to the thunderclan border; she watched in distress at the battle going on and almost instantly leapt into it; they managed to chase the enemy patrol off, but she failed to protect darkstar, who was on her last life. violetdawn sunk her nose into darkstars fur before turning to fogtail.

Fogtail stared in horror, unable to move. What could she do? There was no way to save the she cat... she hung her head, unable to do much else.
