(Yeah)
"Right here." He answered. The older lady gasped softly and turned around. "Could you give the girl some privacy?" He shrugged and walked over. "Nobody really cares here." Matilda huffed a breath out, and gathered her skirts. -
Janette perked at the sound of his voice, and tried the doorknob, opening it. "Can we go back to the cabin now," She asked, moving to lean against him, enjoying the heat radiating off of him. "And, can I have something to eat?"
-
He smiled down at her, and grabbed a loaf of bread off the counter as he wrapped an arm around her. "Yeah, and here's this." He held it in front of Janette. He started to lead her to his cabin, taking their detour.
-
Janette leaned against him, nibbling on the bread as they walked. Once in the cabin, she finished it, and sat on the bed, content, waiting for Philip to find her a shirt to wear.
-
Philip leaned down, dug around the bottom drawer of his dresser for one of his looser shirts. "Here." He said tossing it across the room. It was a light blue cotton, button-down.
-
Janette removed her towel, slipping the shirt over her shoulders, buttoning it up. It felt weird to wear only a shirt, but, she didn't say anything, and rather got into the bed, covering up.
-
"I'm just going to check up on everyone, and then I'll be back." He said kneeling by the bedside. He gave a reassuring smile.
-
"Do you.. Do you have to?" She finished the sentence with yawn, her eyes growing heavy. Janette told herself that the only reason she wanted him to stay was his warmth, but it was more than that. For some odd reason, he made her feel safe.
(shall their baby be a boy or a girl
or twins of both gender) -
(Boy :3)
He stood up, noting how tired she looked, how young she seemed. "I'll be back, Janette." He said, before closing the door behind himself. A light drizzle had made it's way on deck. A few men stumbled along, headed to their bunks. Eric stood by the wheel, most likely oblivious to the men behind. -
Janette watched him leave, sighing when he shut the door. She rolled over, tucking the blankets in around herself as she stared at the wall, no longer aware of the rocking of the ship, having grown used to it.
(ye) -
"Eric!" He called out over the talking. He turned around with raised brows. "Yes, Captain?" Philip scanned the area. "Everyone's going off to bed, am I right?" Eric nodded, and pushed some hair away from his face. "Good." Philip said, before walking off to his own room.
-
Janette hand already braided her hair back, and had it laying on her shoulder. It was still damp, and only added to the fact that it was frigidly cold.
-
-
After Philip had turned around, he noted that there were less crew members out. When he arrived to the bedroom, he closed it softly, and started shucking his boots off.
-
At the sound of footsteps entering the room, Janette rolled over, watching him carefully. She wondered if he slept in just his under clothes, like Thomas did, or if he kept some other items on.
