He chuckled and looked at the key. "I don't know what you would do out there, but I also don't want you getting in to trouble with my men. So until I feel you should come out, I'll do so." He said, before closing the door. He turned the lock three times to the right, and put it back in his pocket. One of the crew members staggered up to him, obviously drunk. "My dear 'ol friend, why don' t you join us for some whisky and champagne." He breathed into Philip's face. He gave a slight smile and patted his back. "Very well then. Let's make our way to the kitchen."
As they two arrived, men were talking about their finds and gulping whisky. Philip smirked and grabbed himself a cup, and held it up. "Men, today was a good day." He announced, as they started to quiet down. "We found food, hopefully clean clothes, " There was a chorus of chuckles. "Riches, and I, a lady who is joining us." Some men gasped, some laughed, other asked who. "Now now, everyone, I'll introduce her tomorrow, so calm down." They nodded, and went back to drinking with their Captain. -
Janette was absolutely pissed. She threw herself back on the bed, tempted to throw a fit like a child. Instead, though, she decided to get back at the captain by disobeying his order to stay out of his stuff. She strolled over to his table, knocking the globe off, picking up a pile of maps, ripping them in half. After that, she picked the globe up, throwing it against the wall until it broke. She realized that she wasn't actually doing this to get at the man, but rather to punish him for what he had done to her parents. She knew, though, what he would do to her for destroying his things would be worse.

The Captain couldn't stop laughing with the crew. Nothing was even funny, but they laughed anyways. He even got his charm to work on Matilda while he was drunk, getting a slight giggle to escape her lips, as he kissed her cheek. Then he laughed again. As the men cleared from the kitchen to their bunk or the deck, he stumbled on his way to his room, with the familiar thump of his sword sheathed to his hip. Philip reached for the key, trying to grasp it correctly, but it slipped about two times before he got it into the slot. "Ahhh, what a night." He said before absorbing what had happened to his room. His globe, broken. He scanned the room, the destruction before looking at the girl. He closed the door and locked it once more. "I told... Warned you." His words almost slurred. Although he didn't feel as angry as he should have, it simmered inside of him. He pulled some rope from a barrel and eyed the bed posts.
-
Janette had been asleep, but awoke when she heard someone struggling with the door, and sat up, waiting. He was drunk, obviously. His words sounded funny, and he tipped a bit as he walked. Drunk men were dangerous. Pirates were dangerous. A drunk pirate.. She swallowed, pushing herself back, against the wall. "I-I didn't mean to.. I was just looking at it, a-and it fell and.." She was bad at lying.
-
He walked over to the other side of the bed. "No no, it's fine. You didn't want to listen." He grabbed her arm and started tieing it in an elaborate knot. Once he finished with that he tied it to the bed post and cut it with his sword. "Don't try anything, or else." He said continuing the possess with her other arm.
-
"What're you doing? Don't-" She winced as he cut the spare rope off with his sword, squirming a bit. "Don't hurt me, please. I really didn't mean to mess up your globe. The maps, there's no excuse for them, but I'm really sorry.."
-
He laughed and started tying her ankle. "No your not. You just.. Just..." He ended with a hard slash by the bed post. "Anyways, remember what I said If you tried anything? " He said looking at his sword rather than her.
-
"Y-You said you'd slash my wrist, and wouldn't feed me for a week. But, Philip, I swear I didn't mean to. Y-You're not thinking clearly! You're drunk. Please, I'll do anything, just don't hurt me." She was begging, now, using his name, trying anything to get out of this punishment.
-
Philip laughed again, doubling over. "Ok, well, let's play a game. Shall we? Would you rather; have your wrist slit, slightly to make things better. Or, not be fed for a week? Chose one, not none." He grinned and looked at her.
-
Janette was silent for a long minute, before she spoke up. "My wrist."
-
-
A small headache was working it's way into Philip's head. He lowered the sword and started to rub his temples. It was a small pulsing throb. "Hmm, now let's just..." His mind started clearing up. "What was I going to do again?"
-
Janette snapped, narrowing her eyes at him. "You were going to punish me for accidentally breaking your stupid globe. And then, I assume, you were going to force yourself on me, because you're a lowly pirate, and that's what people like you do."
-
"Oh, now that's an idea." He lifted his sword and almost stumbled to the bed. He held her wrist in his grasp, a fragile thing, and set the blade on it. Barely resting on the skin. He pulled back so that the hilt was closer to her skin, and then applied pressure slowly, pulling the sword in his direction. "My globe doesn't break very easily. I've dropped it twice before. It stayed in tact."
