XD Funny
"Because you like shooting up, duh." Charlotte said, taking her last shot, which hit the left forehead. "Quick death..damn."
"No dip I saw Shadow. He's gonna rank high if he keeps that up." Kendall answered, not having anything against or for Shadow. "But talk about commitment, that had to hurt."
Shadow sat down, sweating. His hair was staticky, plastered with sweat, and all over the place. He wiped his knuckles on his pants.
River leaned against the wall, gasping for air. She wiped off sweat from her forehead. She looked at her knuckles, which had some broken skin. She frowned, feeling pity for Shadow, though she knew she shouldn't. -
"Haha," Serene mock laughs, then she really laughs. Then she stops so she can take her last shot and she hits the targets left shoulder.
Mal nodded, looking down at his knuckles. They were bleeding a little, cut, and bruised, but they were literally nothing compared to Shadows.
Melanie kept punching the bag. She knew that she needed to build up much more strength since she was one of the weakest ones there. She felt twice as weak now than she had before for some reason. -
Charlotte turned around, looking for Loren. She was unsure what to do next, out of ammunition for her gun.
Hazel continued to pant, tired. She continually found herself wiping sweat off of her body, and this annoyed her.
Shadow's knuckles had began to form a thin scab at the edges, with a numbing sensation. His hands were shaking from the adreneline and pain.
Kendall found nothing to say, so he decided to go with a compliment. "You did well, though." He gave a warm smile. -
Serene set her gun down and she looked over at everyone else. Some were still shooting, others were already done and were messing around with punching bags and knives. Loren didn't seem to mind that they were working their own way while everyone else was finishing up. "We could always do what they're doing," Serene says.
Mal smiled a little, feeling more confident when Kendall said this. "Thanks, you too man," Mal says, looking down at his knuckles. -
"Yeah. I think I'll go play with knives." She gave Serene another Dauntless punch and trotted over to the knives. She picked up a knife and aimed at an open target.
"Yeah, I'm from Candor, honestly, I sucked." Kendall replied with a laugh. "But thanks anyway." -
Serene walked over to the knives with Charlotte and she picked up a knife. "I've never thrown one of these before," She states. She had a weird urge to stab the ground instead of the target.
"Bull," Mal says. "Sure we could both use some work, but seriously, you were better than most." -
"Really?" Charlotte seemed shocked. "I was always around them as a child. My brother, Carter, taught me how to use them when I turned nine. I was sloppy, and dangerous but he dealt." She sighed, "But we grew apart, due to factions. He chose Candor two years ago."
"Hurt like hell." Kendall's gaze was often to Shadow's knuckles, as he began to wonder how Shadow could deal with that much pain. -
Serene felt like making a smartass comment for some reason but then cursed herself for even thinking about it. "I'm sorry," Serene says. "But you know what they say, right? Faction before blood." When Serene said this her eyes looked down at the knife sadly.
"Yeah no kiddin'," Mal agreed. "And you think this hurts? Just wait until we start fighting each other with hand to hand combat..." -
Charlotte flicked her wrist and hit the target's neck with extreme precision and force. A loud noise sounded when it hit. She grit her teeth and turned to Serene, "I hate this Goddamn life, you know it."
Kendall cringed. He felt bad for whoever would have to go against Shadow, and hoped he had mercy for them.
Shadow stood, putting a hand through his hair. He was all nice and rested now, and was ready to start again. He let out a yawn, however.
Hazel smiled as she leaned against the cool wall. It was slightly warm in here, but the walls were nice and cold. -
Serene couldn't help but look at the target and cringe again, wondering what the blood would look like... "I don't see why you'd hate it," Serene says sarcastically.
Mal took a deep breath still a little tired from punching the bag though he knew he didn't work nearly as hard as Shadow. Somehow Mal was earning a little respect towards him, and he didn't even know why.
Melanie finally stopped and she leaned against the punching bag and she didn't even push it over that much she was so light. -
Charlotte snapped herself around, and threw another knife, carelessly. This time it hit in the arm. She turned around and shrugged, her face slightly angered, but she was actually VERY mad.
Shadow also leaned against the wall, but a different one than River. He thought about getting his hair cut with fringe, like in that emo way. He wondered what he'd look like. (HOTHOTHOT sorry for the outburst xD)
Kendall looked to the ceiling and sighed, having nothing to say. "So, do you think you'll get through to Dauntless?" He asked.
Hazel tapped her fingers together and licked her lips, energy still whizzing through her body. She enjoyed this feeling. -
"How- How do you do that?" Serene questions. She stood there trying to see how Charlotte was doing it but she was going too fast.
(I've found that fringe is hot on guys as long as they can rock it XD)
Mal shrugs. "I think I have the same chance as anyone else I guess," he answers.
Melanie sighed finding it pretty embarrassing that she didn't even weight enough to move the bag. -
"Well, first, you hold it like you're cutting your food, then you tilt your wrist back, aim, and flick it forward." She demonstrated and it hit right below the neck.
(ikr)
"How could everyone have the same chance?" Kendall asked, pressing his lips together. He tilted his head.
Hazel watched Melanie and tilted her head. She sighed and pushed her hands into her pockets.
Shadow rubbed his knuckles and winced. He scanned the other Transfers, wondering the story of their lives. -
(but none of them are in my school cause there are only two Emo's there ;-;)
Serene did as she was told. She aimed and the knife didn't even stick nor hit any where close to the target.
Mal shrugged. "I don't know. I guess I have a better chance than some, but- I don't know. I try not to think about it," Mal answered.
Melanie looked around and her eyes set on Four. Not only Four, but the guy Four was talking to, Eric. She had just noticed that Eric came in and she was a little scared now. -
Aw so sad xD)
Charlotte smiled, "You'll get it with practice," She tilted her head, "Well, maybe." She chuckled and leaned back.
Kendall nodded understandingly, "I see." He stated, crossing his arms, with a small huff.
Hazel leaned into the wall a bit more, pressing her hands into the wall. She bit her lip in anticipation.
Shadow looked to his knuckles, practically unable to take his eyes off of them. They were red, purple, and pink. And VERY cut up.
