Charlotte watched as Vicky said her careless hellos. Charlotte had a grin, from ear to ear. Her eyes kept flicking back and forth from Vicky to Serene.
Kendall shook his head, silent for once. Normally, he'd be saying what was on his mind, bragging even. But now, he took pleasure in having his thoughts to himself.
River gave Melanie a pitiful glance, but stayed put where she was. She didn't want to bother anyone. She was without a noise.
Shadow was slightly surprised how quiet it was. Not silent, but quiet. It only bothered him a little, growing up with strictly silent libraries. He was surprised for it to be here, however. -
Serene then placed her hands on her hips in a sassy fashion as she took a step closer to Vicky. "You're name's Vicky right?" Serene questioned in an all too preppy voice; she was smirking insanely.
Mal cleared his throat. "Hey, at least you both are alright," he said. He knew it was a stupid thing to say, but it was the only thing that would pop into his mind at the time.
Four looked around when he saw how quiet it was. "Well, are you guys going to train and practice again or do you already want another fight?" he questioned. -
Very sorry if I soap slowly
Attention is rebelling against meh
Charlotte gave her a smirk. "Well, duh." Vicky said distastefully. "Listen, does this have a point or can I do something useful?" Charlotte laughed, but still said nothing, an awkward aura surrounding her.
Kendall snorted, his honesty taking the best of him. "Of coarse." He retorted, sarcastically. He couldn't help the way he said this, it naturally spilled out of his mouth.
Hazel didn't bother to answer, she was busy wondering what would happen if she fought someone. She cringed at the very idea.
Shadow smiled. He had a hard time deciding, however. Training could hurt him badly, but fighting could hurt someone else badly, incidentally. He didn't like this situation at all. -
sorry for taking forever. Been feeling horrible.
"Calm your tits, just trying to have a good conversation," Serene says as if it actually offended her that Vicky was snapping at her; but she could care less.
Mal sighed, feeling as if he couldn't say a thing that would make Kendall feel any better. "I'm going to practice before he makes us fight again," Mal says simply. "And since you're worried about her, maybe you should talk to her." -
Thats alright Im busy as it is
Vicky sighed unhappily and crossed her arms. "I have more important things to do than to converse." Charlotte held in a laugh at Vicky's natural know-it-all ness, and tried to keep her face as serious as possible.
Kendall sighed and nodded. "I will after she seems..recovered." He answered and slouched a bit, as he was already sitting.
Shadow scanned the room, repetitively. He needed something to do with himself, just standing there didn't feel natural.
Hazel stood up straight like she often did and looked to the other wall. Her mind began to question whether or not she could pass initiation. -
Sorry.
"Like what?" Serene questioned while twisting a lock of her hair between her fingers. "Don't expect me to let you off so easy on this."
"Well, maybe she'll recover faster if she had someone to talk to..." Mal says while beginning to walk over to the punching bags again. "Just saying." -
No problem
"Like practicing, like you idiots should be doing." Vicky answered, in a sharp tongue. "I plan to rank first, afterall." Charlotte laughed a bit, but stopped at Vicky's death glare. It had always scared her so.
Kendall mumbled to himself, "Yeah, like someone who didn't just almost knock her out." He stared at the floor blankly. -
My soaping skills will probably be horrible.
so sorry in advanced.
Serene mock laughs at Vicky. She didn't doubt that the girl could or would rank first; she just thought that the girl was too self centered and wouldn't make a good leader. "Why you? I could name fifty others who actually deserve to rank first," Serene questions with an edge to her voice.
Mal groaned and he stopped himself from walking over to the punching bags and he turned back around and looked at Kendall. "Look," he stated. "You had to do what you had to do, so did she. If you could just walk over there, cheer her up, which would then cheer you up, you both could live happily ever after as friends again. Unless if you just wanna be a pansycake and sit there." -
Thats fine
I love you like a sister anyways
And I've missed you omg
Vicky smiled and answered, "Because I'm not afraid of a challenge. Nor am I afraid of bloodshed or sacrifice. If I needed to die to protect what lives inside of this fence, so be it." Vicky pursed her lips together.
"Oh, shut up." Kendall wanted to come back with a clever comeback, but he had none. He slouched, unhappily and stared at the opposing wall. He began to regret choosing Dauntless. -
Dude I've missed someone to talk to who kind of understands some stuff that I'm going through.
I probably started crying five times this past week.
All at school so people think I'm an attention whore but oh well.
I've missed you too.
"And you're going to be a b---- while you're at it?" Serene questioned. "You know, you don't have to be a stuck up b---- in order to be a leader." Serene rolled her eyes after she said this as if what she said was obvious.
"And, I'm not moving away from this spot until you go up and at least ask how she is," Mal says while crossing his arms. He looked down at Kendall, keeping his face straight. He wanted to burst out laughing so bad, but he refrained himself from doing so. -
Am I that person lol xD
In fifth grade I was a crybaby
I got through it
I mean look what I am now
A total screw up
Not the point xD
Vicky smiled at this comment, waiting for the perfect moment to strike. She tilted her head, looking away. Charlotte jumped out of the way of the punch that was aimed to the person next to her.
"Yeah, okay. Have fun dying standing up." Kendall answered. He facepalmed. "Damnit Candor raised me so.." He grunted. -
that's what I was going on to.
All fifth graders are/were cry babies.
You're not a screw up.
As soon as Charlotte jumped Serene knew what was coming at her, so she put her arms up to block the hit, and she was ready, excited even for a little fight.
"Alright then you Candor transfer," Mal says. "I will have fun dying standing up. But if you were raised as a Candor why don't you tell the girl how sorry you are so you won't die of depression and feeling bad and blah, blah, blah, basically going back to what I just told you before." -
Aw yea
XD
Yeah I'm a cool ass screw up
Vicky smirked, "She's smart." And turned to Charlotte. "You..however..remind me of a scared cat." This made Charlotte scowl, unhappily. Her arms crossed tighter at this.
"Ugh you make things so damn hard, you selfless-" He cut himself off and stood up. Kendall began to move towards Melanie, glaring at Mal furiously once and a while. -
cause you're so special :P
including my brother.
haha cool ass screw up.
"Ha, I thought you two were friends," Serene says with a sneer while pushing Vicky's arms away from her. "You're one hell of a friend."
Mal smirked a little, but he couldn't help but feel that Kendall was going to call him a "Stiff" before he stopped himself. Mal shook his head to clear that thought out of his head and he watched Kendall.
Melanie was sitting on the bench while looking down at her hands. She tried to block the whole world out and she tried to calm herself down. She couldn't control her breathing or stop her hands from shaking. -
Aw yea
Heck yus
Aw yeaahh
Charlotte smiled. Vicky said exactly what Charlotte thought she would say. "We're Dauntless." They both grinned. They had been close all their lives. But the thing that brought them together was their bravery. To stand up for eachother, to speak their minds, to argue, to fight.
Kendall smiled and slid next to Melanie. He was trying to seem happy and normal even though he was feeling the oppisite.
