Rayna was going to shrug, but she decided to go against that because of her back. "Mixed emotions I guess," she answers.

"Was Hunter difficult? He can be sometimes." He stared at his son, who went to turn, but did not, letting out a small breath.

Rayna laughed a little. "Hunter, difficult?" she joked to lighten the mood, though her chest still felt weird. "I'm sure I was more difficult for him."

"Just wondering. Again, thank you so much. I don't think he'd've done it alone." He crossed his arms, leaning back.

sorry I like, ditched you last night. I forgot that I wasn't home alone, and my step dad wakes up to go to the bathroom, and I'm all "s---, s---, s---" while I run to my room, and i forgot to bring my computer with me, and yeah. xD
he would have done better without me Rayna thought to herself. She looked up at him and smiled a little. "I would never leave him to do anything alone, ever again," she says. -

"Thank you." His father wiped his eyes of any tears. -

Rayna's chest seemed to be put in a small box, feeling stuck inside of her, feelings that seemed to tug at her hear, happy that Hunter was okay, sad to see him in so much pain, and scared of all the memories of her nightmares, of what he did to her in them, and her seeing things in the games. She quickly looked away from him and back down at the floor, her breathing begining to quicken again. "Y-You're welcome." -
AYE.
Hunter, as he slept, kept having terrifying visions of himself in the games. The way his chest was bleeding out, how he almost...almost...died. Outside, his vital signs showed his heart rate pacing quicker and quicker. -
aw s--- hope you're still on... *faceknife*
Rayna looked up, hearing the heart monitor beating quicker and quicker. She knew that he was having a nightmare, and that he was going to wake up, probably screaming which would hurt him. Rayna forced herself to stand up, ignoring the pain in her leg and in her back and she sat on the edge of his bed, waiting for him to wake up so she could comfort him. -
I IS.
Hunter began to tremble tumultuously, his eyes opening and he flew up, letting out a strained, choked scream. Tears leaked from his eyes as the pain spread throughout his entire body. -

"Hunter, l-lay down," Rayna says, tears in her eyes from the pain in her back and the emotional pain she was feeling seeing him like this. "Come on you have to lay down," she says again, squeezing his hand. -

Hunter fell back onto the pillow. His father automatically rushed over. "Are you okay, Hunter?" He rubbed his arm. Hunter sobbed, lookong away from both of them. -

More tears fell down Rayna's face and she tried not to hold onto Hunter's hand too tight, but she wasn't doing very good at that. Rayna moved closer to him which sent shockwaves of pain though out her body, but she tried her best to ignore them. "it's okay Hunter," she whispers quietly. -

Hunter put a hand over his chest, feeling the bandages. He would give anything to be dead at that moment. There was no possible way he could ever be okay again. He was tempted to grab a medical tool and to do more damage, but he refrained, as his father and Rayna could easily stop his. Instead, he acquiesced to his sadness, shaking his head. "No, it's not. I'm not."
