"It will be okay," Rayna says. She wanted to hug him so badly right then, but she knew that she shouldn't. She knew that would only cause him more pain and that was the last thing that he needed right then. Rayna's hands were shaking and she thought about letting go of Hunter so he wouldn't be worried about her shaking, but she couldn't just leave him. "I-I'll get a nurse," she says her voice cracking. -
"It's not the pain that's making me not okay. I'm just not okay...I want feel okay, but I can't..I know I never will, either." Then, he whispered, "I should have just eaten the berries..." His father was very hurt, but he was capable of understanding where this was all coming from.

I will be back in like... fifteen minuets to half an hour.
"Hunter," Rayna says, her voice very high pitched. "How dare you threaten to leave me alone again," she jokes. She tries to smile, but she fails horribley as more tears stream down her face. She ends up digging her nails into his skin without knowing what she was doing. -

This made Hunter laugh slightly. "I'm so sorry." He apologized, running his thumb across her fingers. -

Rayna was still shaking as he did this, but she forced a smile on her face anyways. "You d-don't have to be," she says softly. -

"YES, I do, I hurt your leg and you shouldn't even trust me. I screwed up..." His voice was trembling. His father sighed. -
got my hair cut, it's in a pony tail right now
"I shouldn't do a lot of things," Rayna states softly, digging her nails deeper and deeper into his skin. -

"That hurts.." he whispered, making a face. "Rayna.." He stared at her, searching for emotion in her eyes. -

Rayna let's out a harsh breath and lets go of Hunters hand when she realizes what she's doing. She looks down her hair covering her face. "I-I'm sorry," she says, her voice strained. -

Rayna leaned over to him, trying to hug him in a way that wouldn't hurt his chest and she ignored the pain in her back which was extremely hard for her to do. Rayna sniffed. "I love you," she says softly. -

"We are such a mess," he said, lazily resting his arms around her. "We'll get better, I swear. We'll be fine." Hunter's father sighed.
