Scarlet shook her head. "I've never been in one place long enough to settle down and find a teacher." -

Silver gasped. "That's terrible! Music is the best in the world!" Then she grinned. "Would you like me to teach you to play? The piano is pretty fun, but easy." -
Ooh YESH)
Scarlet nodded quickly. "Oh yes please!" -
Silver squealed. "Come on! It's just next door!" She said, sliding out of the bunk and onto the floor.

Scarlet hopped off the bunk and landed on her feet, much like a real cat would. "Let's go!" Scarlet loved listening to music, and now she could finally make her own! And it would be with Silver, too.

Silver raced towards the music room, not bothering to close the door, just mindlessly flinging it open and sliding towards the piano.

Scarlet followed Silver closely and looked around the room, amazed by all the different instruments. She eys the piano closely, admiring the shiny keys.

Silver slid to the far end of the piano bench. "Sit, sit!" She exclaimed.

Scarlet grinned and eagerly slid onto the bench, perched excitedly beside Silver. For some reason being close to her made Scarlet feel safe and happy. She didn't know why, but she didn't really care. She was simply enjoying it.

Silver thought for a second. "Do you..... have a favorite song?" She asked. If she knew the song and how to play it, that would be a good starting point for the piano lesson.

Scarlet thought for a moment. "There were a few songs from my realm, but nothing you would know." She explained with a slightly apologetic smile.

Silver jumped up, getting her iPod. "Here, tell me if you like this song. It's called Secrets. It's by the band One Republic." She hit play.

Scarlet nodded. It sounded different than what she was used to, but not bad. -
Me too! Especially when it was played on the Tesla Coils in the Sorcerers Apprentice!)
Silver grinned, she picked up Scarlet's hand and pressed her fingers on the keys. "Look, it's like this... D, F flat, A, F flat, A, F flat, D, F flat..." she showed her slowly. "Now try it yourself." -
I remember that movie! Haven't seen it in a long time though)
Scarlet bit her lip and concentrated, slowly repeating the sequence of keys that Silver had explained.
