"No..." Grace whispers back. "I don't have the right to cry right now. Only you do."

"Ssshhh.." Zane assured quietly.

"Would it though?" she asks softly.

"Sshhhh.." Zane persisted.

"Would it?" Grace asks again, wanting an answer.

Zane didn't bother to answer, hugging her tightly.

"I'm sorry," Grace whispers. "it was a stupid question."

Zane nodded, not answering yet again.

"You should sleep," Grace whispers to change the subject.

Zane shrugged, "I'm fine."

"You're always fine," Grace states.

"Am I?" Zane pulled away from her, slowly. He just sat on the bed at one point.

"That's what you say," Grace answers. "Even when you're not fine."

"So?" Zane looked up to her, lightly biting his lip.

"You're not fine right now," Grace says. "You should sleep. I know you're angry and sad, but you really should at least try and sleep."
