(it's okay I ship it too)
"Because I'm claustrophobic and hate you, maybe?" Ginji responded, shrugging. -
(ohlovely now Fall has a boyfriend~)
"I won't put you in a cage this time." Fall offered, quite generously, in his opinion. "I guess I kind of ruined your day yesterday, but I'll be nice, so come onnn." -
(a kitty cat with a sarcastic attitude for a boyfriend yes)
"Why should I believe you?" Ginji asked, raising an eyebrow. -
(better than that other guy he tried to tie to a table and marry)
Fall laughed much more loudly than was really necessary.
"You probably shouldn't. I'd just stay in the tree if I were you."
He'd gone ahead and collapsed into a giggle fit, so he held off until he could breathe properly again before going on.
"But fer real, I'll be nice. I swear on my mother." -
(waht)
Ginji sat there, over exaggerating the thinking process, pretending to stroke an imaginary beard.
"Hmmmm.." -
(another story, Milady~ ^^')
It occurred to Fall as the cat stroked his invisible beard that Leich was going to be furious. He'd stayed away all night just to stake out a tree.
"I am a very dead dog." he proclaimed, but couldn't find it in himself to care. He patted the ground next to him. "Come onnnnn kitty cat. Aren't I already being just so much nicer to you? Come down and sit with meeee." -
(oooh okay.xD)
"Hmmmm hmmm hmm." Ginji mused, smirking slightly. "I need your word, and your name. You know, since you have still yet to tell me it, dog." -
Fall looked indignant.
"I did so tell you my name!" he protested. -
"Um no. No you didn't." Ginji blinked, tilting his head in confusion.
-
"Yes I did." he grumbled, more than a little ruffled that he'd spent all that time tormenting the cat just to have him forget his name. "It's Fall. My name is Fall, and you're still a dick."
-
"Fall? Is that because of how you climb trees? And run?" Ginji asked, smirking.
-
Fall didn't respond to the taunt. He stared at the ground for another second, gritting his teeth, and patted the ground next to him with his hand again.
"Please come sit with me. I give you my word, I won't try to put you in a cage." -
Ginji spent a few minutes staring at him cautiously. Then he spent a few minutes moving on the branch, still watching Fall. Then he leapt down, but not as close to Fall as he'd wanted. He stared at him, suspicion easily readable on his face.
-
Fall sat quietly for once in his life, tracing each move the cat made with his eyes. When Ginji paused, he tilted his head, looking sad, and nodded toward the ground in front of him.
-
Ginji stiffened, then slinked over closer to Fall, step by step, slow and carefully like a cat. He finally came to the spot where Fall motioned to, and sat down, tense.
