Ginji hissed slightly, not liking to be touched let alone dragged, but followed.
-
Fall grumbled under his breath while he tried, a little more successfully now that he wasn't rushing- to navigate the heavy underbrush. It wasn't long before they'd gotten right back to where they started, overlooking the square where the merchants had set up. Fall's colleagues had already begun packing up, the whole setup bustling. Leich was in clear sight, standing center and supervising the whole thing. He looked irritated as all hell.
Fall bit the inside of his cheek, looking on from where he stood in the woods and wondering exactly how he wanted to approach the situation. -
Ginji glanced around, then at Fall, wondering what the guy was going to do.
-
He glanced around, tasting blood on the edge of his tongue. He realized he'd bitten into his cheek and spit out the bit of blood on his tongue distastefully, then took another moment to look over the camp.
"Come on, baby. I'm gonna need your hands."
With that, he strode into the square, immediately darting behind a nearby cart. He began to creep along the outskirts of the setup. -
(heph isn't quite sure what she should do sorry)
-
(what do you mean)
-
(rephrase- Heph doesn't know what Ginji is supposed to do my bad)
-
(Follow meeeeeee)
-
(ooookkkkiiiieee)
Ginji followed Fall, not quite sure why he did so. It'd be pretty easy for him to just walk away and forget he ever met this psycho. But he didn't, he just followed Fall. -
He stopped at the edge of the cart, looking back over his shoulder to be sure Ginji had followed, and turned to peek around the corner of the cart.
"We're gonna go right there." he said, motioning toward the cart beside the one he'd hidden behind. "Just grab whatever there is. The guy that drives that cart is a lameass loser anyway." -
Ginji tilted his head slightly as he glanced at Fall, then nodded. He wasn't quite comfortable with this plan. He'd much rather have no come back to this town, but it was a little late.
-
Fall dove for the door, glancing around frantically to be sure he wasn't seen. He let himself into the cart and immediately starting stuffing his pockets with whatever he could find- mostly silver coins, beads, a few minuscule jewels, and some splintered bones. It figured this loser would have nothing useful. He did, however, find a small box stacked with tattered notes. It wasn't nearly as much as it looked like at first glance, he realized with a sense of disappointment.
-
Ginji followed, sniffing around(Metaphorically and physically, of course), swiping the items he figured would be any good to them later on.
He paused and glanced up when he noticed Fall had picked up a box, tilting his head curiously. -
He stuck the box beneath his coat and held it with his arm against his side as he continued stuffing s--- in the pockets. When there was no room left in his pockets, he started picking up whatever he could to hold in one hand, and turned to face Ginji.
"Done yet, kitty cat?"
There was a sound outside, footsteps, and Fall narrowed his eyes, preparing to pounce. The footsteps faded after a moment, though, and he relaxed. -
"Mhm." Ginji replied, glancing around one last time to make sure he didn't miss anything. "Yes."
