Rikki walked off toward the forested area, hoping to find a rabbit or something to play with. People bored her, she prefered animals.
-
Elle's feet hit the cobblestone street hard as she jumped off her ship. Paradise sat perched on her shoulder. The young pirate captain adjusted the sword belted to her side and set off towards the nearest marketplace. Her crew needed supplies.
I kinda based her off of Tetra, from the Windwaker... :3) -
(Cool :D)
Aerona walked in silence. The rocky land was deserted and empty. Kind of like her previous home. She stopped in front of two stones. Gravestones, actually. The graves of her own parents. She pulled two feathers out of her backpack and placed one on each gravestone. Then she turned and walked away in silence.
(Who wants to find the Light?) -
How many people are gonna find it?)
Elle soon arrived back at the docks, juggling a tall stack of crates, filled with supplies. Assorted foods, weapons, and items of clothing threatened to topple at any moment. She finally made it to her ship, The Sea Dragon. Leaving the crates in the storeroom, she climbed onto the main deck of the large vessel, being greeted by the rowdy shouts of a pirate crew. Dodger grinned at her, and Elle returned it. They had grown up together, both orphaned by the same storm, both taken in by the same old Captain, both raised as clever travelers of the great sea. He was her best friend. Dodger was exactly one year and one day older than she was. He stood fairly tall, about six feet, and could be considered attractive. (Although to Elle he was more like a brother) With tanned skin over strong muscles, and dark wavy hair, most of the women at the towns they docked in swooned girlishly at the mere sight of him. His eyes were pale icy blue, but stayed as warm as a campfire. He had a good sense of humor and a hearty laugh, which was Elle's favorite thing about him. He nodded to her, adjusting the flame red bandana on his head. It had been his father's. Elle nodded back and smiled again. "Good market." She told him. "Cheap, big selection. We should make a note of that." He nodded and saluted jokingly. "Aye aye, Miss Captain." Elle rolled her eyes, moving towards the other sailors. There was Serge, a huge, muscled blonde man, who scarcely spoke. There was Delta, a quick and clever dark-haired woman who had always been skilled in battle. There were the twins, Ash and Blair. Ash was thin and freckled, with wiry black hair and a crooked smile. Blair had her brother's ebony hair, but she wasn't as thin, and she lacked his freckles. Lastly there was Green, the old captain who had taken Dodger and Elle in after the hurricane destroyed their small island home. He had owned The Sea Dragon before he had retired, giving the ship and the position of Captain to Elle Sparrow herself.
That was a long post!!) -
Rikki, after not finding a rabbit, slowly wandered back home, not acknowledging the hellos she got from some of the villagers.
She was like that though. Quiet, and just seemed sad.
She wasn't sad though, she just was upset she couldn't remember anything about herself. Fredrika wasn't even her real name, it was just what Fable called her -
(A long post indeed.
We can either all find the light, one of us finds it, or some random pirate finds it.)
Aerona walked in silence once again. She was hidding loneliness, but she wouldn't let that show. All she has is a half-brother, but Rona would never consider him a brother. Not after that day. Aerona felt something wet. She looked down and realized she had walked to the ocean. She spotted her small pirate ship docked in the docks. This is what she had decided to become eight years ago. A swashbuckler. -
(Bump)
-
(I say all'uh'you foos find it.)
-
Agree with Joker, we should all find it. You wanna find it first Luna?)
-
(Ok, sure. I'll just wait for someone else to post...)
-
I will then!)
Elle announced happily that Caid, the cook, was preparing dinner. This was met with more hearty shouts. She retreated to her quarters after a moment more. The room was dim, lit only by a lantern sitting at her desk. The desk itself was large and wooden, covered over with maps and drawings. They all pinpointed possible locations of the treasure. Elle and Dodger had both heard the legend. All the people on their island knew the story. A great treasure, buried west of island. West of which island, no one knew. But Elle planned to find out. -
(Gotta drop out, sorry guys.)
-
(It's ok. Thanks for participating!)
Aerona walked to her ship. She was greeted by her crew of five. Her crew was constructed of friends from her voyages. She waved with a small smile and opened the door to her quarters and walked in, closing the door behind her. She rummaged through her backpack and pulled out a paper. A map, more specifically. It was a map of the island. She already had one, but the map showed spots where people have looked for the legendary treasure. She unrolled her map of the Pirate Islands. She copied the new information onto the map. Rona examined the map. There was one small island that hasn't been explored. She rolled up the map and carried it out of her room. She knew where she was going next. -
Elle rose to the deck briefly to tell her crew their next destination before returning to her quarters. She grabbed an apple from the small barrel on her desk, munching thoughtfully as she studied one map in particular. She knew where she had to go.
-
Aerona quickly walked up the steps and in front of the wheel. She took a deep breath and smiled. "I have found where the treasure of the legends lies!" Rona said, loudly. A cheer rose from the crew. "Hoist the anchor and sails! Smartly! And keep a weathered eye open!" Once preparations were finished, Rona took hold of the wheel and the ship left port and towards their destination.
(It's fun talking like a pirate! I just looked up: pirate glossary. :D)
