Echoes of "Land ho!" Sounded from both ships. Elle nodded. "Almost there..." Her crew was in a frenzy, shouting and rushing around, checking the sails and ensuring that everything was in order to lay anchor and set foot on the island.

The ship neared shore. Aerona didn't even have to ask the crew, they just automatically started docking preparations. Aerona carefully, but skillfully turned the ship beside the island. The crew quickly dropped anchor and closed the sails. Aerona sighed and turned to look at the island. It was mostly trees and large rocks.

Elle's crew dropped the anchor and she observed the island carefully. A narrow shoreline led up to a thick forest, filled with seemingly randomly placed boulders.

Calypso put down a wooden plank so they could exit the ship. Aerona walked down the steps and entered her quarters. She picked up a small bag. It had her maps in it. Aerona exited her quarters and walked down the wooden plank, stepping onto muddy earth.

Elle made her way down to the main deck. She explained that some of the crew would need to stay behind and watch the ships. Delta, Dodger, and Serge would come with her. Ash, Blair, Green, and Caid would stay behind.

Calypso handed Aerona her scythe and slipped a pistol into her bag. Aerona thanked Calypso quietly. Aerona looked at the island. It was like a forest had merged with the top of a mountain. She and a couple crew members waited patiently for Captain Sparrow. She would be leading.

Elle jumped down and walked quickly over to the other captain. In the end, she decided that only Dodger would be joining her. The less people she had to keep track of, the better. She pulled out a map, and pointed to a large X in the center. "The heart of the island... That's where we need to go." -

Aerona decided she would take Calypso, because she knew much about plants. Aerona was also taking a 17-year old boy. He had short black hair and green eyes. Aerona had found him in a village that she accidentally destroyed. So, she invited him to the crew. Aerona turned to Captain Sparrow and nodded. "We will follow you this time." -

Elle nodded and started walkin into the forest. One hand held the map, the other hovered near her sword. Rabid wildlife, poisonous plants, hexes and curses, hostile locals.... The possible dangers were endless. Dodger kept close to her, eyeing the other crew suspiciously.

Aerona rested her scythe on her shoulder as she walked. Calypso and Jones (the boy) walked behind her. Calypso caught Dodger's eye. She scowled, they really didn't trust them. Calypso tapped Aerona's shoulder. Aerona smiled and shook her head lightly.

Dodger glared fiercely back, making sure his captain didn't see. Elle may trust them, but she had gotten hurt once. He wasn't about to let it happen again.

Aerona spotted the forest ahead. She glanced back at Calypso to see that her and the man with Captain Sparrow were having a glare-off. Aerona rolled her eyes and looked ahead. The forest was rather thick. They would have to practically cut their way through.
