He blinked slowly as he registered her words. "How many of you.. Want me as leader?" He asked slowly before raising his head to look the other pumas in the eyes.

Shira and Kuroa called out in support. Zhale snarled against him, but others in the crowd looked up at him.

Ezmere drew out a long, chilling breath that reeked of death. Or an eagle chick. Kala wasn't sure.
He crept out of the shadows, revealing himself. He had a lean but muscular build, and he was quite handsome to the face.
Immediately interested, Kala crept closer. -
He nodded, eyes shiining. "Then from here on, we are no longer the Shades. We are the Midnighters!" His eyes shinned with happiness and were proud. He let out a long sigh of relief and burried his muzzle into the crook of Shira's neck. "We did it." He breathed softly.

"We did it!" She whispered back happily.
Zhale stopped in surprise. "Kala, he could be dangerous..." -
He purred and beemed at her proudly before leaping down from the rock. He began to put pumas in an organized manner. He noticed they mostly ha older pumas, few in between cub and adult. All the pumas went to hunt or patrol. X returned to Shiras side. "What if we take the no-puma land where I took you? So we can hunt and live better." He looked to her to help him.

Shira gasped, he eyes shining. "That would be perfect! They'll love it!"

He purred "Let them have fun for now. I'll show then the lands later." He pressed into Shira his body purring.

She pressed back, a strange feeling building up within her....could it be...?...No, of course not....she couldn't be...in love? Shira shook her head and grinned up at him. "I'm glad you're with me."

Oh well... what if Kala just really loved him. For some reason. And then she'll be super jealous of Shira. But only if you want!)
Kala's ears flattened, and she found herself slowly backing away at Zhale's warning.
"But... I can help you!" cried Ezmere desperately. "With what?" sneered Kala.
"With your mother. I know where she is; I have been protecting her all these years. And I promised her that when I found you I would help you see the light."
It was hard to blink away the tears. Kala's jaw dropped in awe. "My... m-my mother? She's alive?!!" -
That's fine)
Zhale flatted his ears and growled. "We can't trust him." -
X rasped his tounge over her cheek and bounded off to set patrols and possible find someone to lead in second with him. He didn't want Shira tie up with the stress and other pumas problems.

Kala, ignoring Zhale, rushed up to the stranger puma. "Take me to her!" she demanded stubbornly. "I... I-I MUST see my mother at once!"
"Very well," cackled Ezmere, turning to leave. "Follow me."
Before Kala was on her way she motioned for Zhale to come along. "Please, Zhale??" -
Zhale glowered at the newcomer but sighed. "Fine. But if you get hurt, he dies." The red puma snarled quietly, flexing his claws. There was just something suspicious about this Ezmere character.
Shira smiled after him before deciding to take a walk through the newly freed tunnels. -
He explain about no more cub napping. He told some rules and then let the pumas go. He sniffed the air and followed after Shiras scent. His yellow eyes gleamed as he slowly trailed after her.
