like, i- i have my own personal things that i'd rather her not see,
which is why i quite literally had to take a bunch of drawings n music sheets i made of my OWN PERSONAL MUSIC, and had to rip it up and flush it down the toilet because i never wanted her to see it.
and i have to hide s--- because i don't want her finding it.
there's a good f---ing reason why i don't tell her things or why i don't show her things, and yet she still tries to invade my privacy.
god, i can't wait to f---ing move out. -

i understand it’s annoying, but your mom had raised you and stuff, and she’s seen you your whole life, and i think she just wants what’s best for you? like, im not shutting down your feelings, they’re 100% valid, im just saying maybe you should look at it from her pov?
like, she doesn’t want you to get hurt, and she believes that she needs to control you to do that properly, which isn’t the best way to do it, because then you can’t make mistakes and learn, but i think she’s trying her best :( -

it will be really nice to be independent! i haven’t gotten there yet but my sisters starting to do it and she says she loves it :) -

i’m visiting a couple colleges this year, but idek what major i’m doing ;-; -
you don't have to know what you're gonna do- like, you may just end up changing it halfway anyways lol
and a lot of the time ppl don't even do a job relating to the major they have in college xD
i personally wanna major in something related to music, like theatre or choir or smth like that :)
but idk where i wanna go for school yet ^^' -

i want to go into musical theatre, which is why that's what i wanna major in
BUT, i has dilemma-
there's two schools i could go to, one that's closer to home and one that's out of town.
actually, hold on, i'm about to list the pros and cons for my sake rq xD -
pros of going to school #1:
- it's close to home,
- it's close to my church,
- my assistant director is the theatre director at the school.
cons of going to school #1:
- i would most likely just commute (which traffic will suck ass and i kind of desperately need to move out, for my sanity's sake ^^')
- i can't major in theatre at this school as it's not a major for the college- (which is weird asf but get it, ig-) -
pros of going to school #2:
- it's got a great theatre program (it's an art school),
- it's a great school in general,
- i'll (hopefully) have friends there (the guy i like also is going there- s c o r e u^u)
cons of going to school #2:
- it's out of town (so that means i'd be moving away- yes i will have a year with my parents still before i move bc i'm taking a gap year, but still scary-)
tbh that's probably the biggest one i have for this school, ngl- -
hmmm those are pretty good pros n cons
i feel like school #2 would be the best option, but the cons r pretty conflicting bc since the first ones in town you’d commute, but then the second ones con is not commuting and being away so idrk what to say 🤷♀️ -
yeah- it's a real struggle, man :')
bc like, i've heard great things abt the theatre program for the out of town school, but i also really want to get to work with my assistant director again bc he was amazing to work with for little mermaid, but idk T^T
