I walked toward the homeless shelter. Dave is in his fifties and he is a total go-with-the-flow kind of guy. He doesn't shower much and he NEVER wears shoes. Dave is kinda the one in charge at the shelter and he is really calming and relaxing to be around.

He climbed into the car and sat there for a moment.
Going to a Broadway musical so I won't be on much tonight. -
I walked in and immediately saw Dave helping a new guy get situated. I walked up to him but someone bumped into me. I turned and saw one of the girls from school. She was one of those people who just fits into the background. By the looks of it, she wasn't volunteering. I turned back to Dave and received a not-so-scentful hug. He grasped my shoulders when he pulled away. "Happy birthday, Nataly!"

He drove off, planning to find a place to stay during his "visit" in town.

"Hey there, Dave. I have a present for you!" I held up the check and he leaned closer to get a better look at it. "Holy chips & cheese! 25,000 dollars? Are you kidding me?" I shook my head and handed the check to him. "My parents gave me the check to give to you. Oh, and guess how I got here?" Dave was still staring at the check, but he paused his worshiping to look at me. "They didn't!" his expression showed disbelief. "They did! Come see!" I grabbed his wrist and pulled him towards the door, and walked outside.

He drove for a while, eventually coming across a forest.

I showed him the mustang, beaming with happiness.

He stopped the car, looking around.

"Woah, that is one sweet ride, Nat!" he held out his hand and I gave him a hi-5. "I know! That's why I came here first. But my friends are probably freaking out right now." as I finished that sentence, my phone rang. "See there it is. Your welcome, Dave and have a nice day." I waved goodbye to him and walked back to my car.

He parked the car and walked around the forest.

When I got to the car and opened my phone there were three text messages. All of them were different 'where r u?' and 'y havn't u txted?' I sighed replying for them to meet me at the mall then put my phone away and started heading there.

He sighed. There was nothing really to do, unless he wanted to risk being seen. He walked back to the car, climbing into the driver's seat. What fun was life without a risk? And being normal for just ONE hour might be fun.

I was almost to the mall when I got another text. 't is here. he just showed up.' I smiled a little as I put my phone away. T is the guy I had had a crush on since forever. His actual name was Trenton and he was the best player on the soccer team. He was really nice too.
