Second period, we had to do a pole vault. I made myself last in line and hoped that the period would end before I had to do it. My parents didn't want me to risk breaking a bone.

At lunch, I had to take my pills and replace my contacts. They were in my locker which was half-way across school, so I thought it would be better if I just skipped lunch. Who knew how long it would take me to get everything in order.
As I approached my locker, I felt my eyes watering and reached up to dry them. When I looked at my hand, it was blue...which meant my blue and brown eyes were showing. -
(I am doing very well. The sun is shining and the grass is green.)

He stood outside his locker, getting something. He usually skipped lunch. He saw the new girl coming down the hallway. She looked like she was crying.

(Are you sure? I thought it was purple.)

I opened the locker quickly, took the contacts and swallowed the pills, ignoring the person down the hall. One of the contacts slipped to the floor and when I retrieved it, I also managed to bang my head on my open locker.
"Ow." -
He chuckled a little, watching her hit her head.

(It's tinted purple on the edges...but that would be cool if entirely purple.)

I looked up, hearing the laughter.
"What's so funny?" -
"You!" he answered, his voice echoing down the hallway. He walked toward her locker.

"Well that's just great." I said, sarcastically, turning back to my locker to get my mirror.
