Okay..so in this world....everyone is genetically engineered to be perfect.(They're immune to diseases, heal instantly, irresistibly beautiful[but painfully plain]. You get the idea.)
All except for this one girl. When she was born, she was very sickly, so everyone knew something was wrong. While everyone else thought that she should just be killed, her parents took her home. As she aged she still went to school with regular children, but they laughed at her because she was different.
This story starts when her parents have decided to move to another city and help her hide the imperfections (Brownish hair with blonde streaks, weak bones, two shaded eyes, etc.) so she'll fit in. But one guy thinks that there's something off about her. In an attempt to investigate, she tries to get to know her, but she refuses to let her walls down.
As you know this is a romance soap and I want to be the girl because she is the heart of the soap and I thought of it. -
Okie dokie. I'd prefer to be the male, anyway.

It was my first day at a new school. A 'fresh start' as Mother had put it. A place where no one would know I was different as long as I hid it well.
As I entered the building, trying to find my bearings, I felt that his wasn't going to be as easy as I thought. People were already looking at me, as if they knew my secret. -
Mark stood by his locker, getting things for his first class. A girl walked into the school. Based on the way many other students looked at her, he could tell she was new. He paid her no attention.

Some idiots who ran past me,'accidentally' pushed me into a wall. I tried my best not to show any sign of pain[which would definitely show that I was different]. Stares from a few people showed me that they had seen a look of pain on my face, but they quickly ignored it. Trying to make sure nothing else would happen, I hurried to my first class.

He rolled his eyes. Just because she was new didn't mean they had to push her into a wall. Although there was something odd about her...

First period was a bit of a bore. A detailed discussion of the Big Bag wasn't really my cup of tea.But everyone else knew what to say....when I...didn't.

First class was boring but interesting. When the class was dismissed, he was the last one out.
