C1 is about to be crowned monarch of their country, following their father's passing. As they suspect foul play in his death, they venture into the city disguised as a commoner to uncover the truth.
C2 is the commoner who assassinated C1's father, the previous king, in defiant response to his unjust ways of ruling the empire.
While C1 is touring the city in disguise, they come across C2, who sweeps them off their feet. As their romance blossoms, neither of them truly understand who it is that they're engaging with. What happens when they figure out? -
