Eric closed the door on Lianne and Sara.

"And now I will plan my funeral."

"Aww... no you won't. We still have that law, remember?"

"We're you, like, dead for a past few minutes or something."

"No. Let's see... Technically, Sara can't set up a wedding for me, only my parents can arrange one, and they're dead... Plus the chances of Lianne and I being born within a week of each other are slim."

"What if she got approval from your dad or something, before he died. What would happen then?"

"Then we would have to rely on the other problem."

I sighed. "Nothing's ever going to be easy for us."

"No, it will not." He scooped her up and sat down on the bed with her, holding her close to him.

I wrapped my arms around him and laid my head on his shoulder.

He smiled, knowing Sara was outside the door with Lianne. And he didn't care at all.

"That went well."Lianne said sarcastically.
"You just have to get him to like you."
"Yeah, that'll happen."
