first you make a character like this (example)
name: mikayla
gender: female
eyes: blue
hair: long, to elbows, black
age: 16
then you make a plot. since your's is stalk you could make a creepy person and since you aren't adding magic there aren't any powers (you might sometimes see a part for powers) hope this helped :) oh and you need someone to soap with
